      Shane is great! He repaired damage done to my Bosch washer by another appliance repair service. Initially, I had Juan Juarez from Juarez Appliances come out to work on my Bosch washer. Basically, the machine did not run after Juan worked on it. He didn't know what he was doing, and wrenched the front off from the washer making horrible metallic sounds, and breaking several things in the process. After Juan Juarez worked on it, it ran for one cycle making horrible sounds, and then stopped working.

      I then looked for another appliance repair service and came cross Kelly's Appliance Center on Yelp. Actually, I learned of Kelly's from another disgruntled Juarez Appliances customer, who mentioned Kelly's Appliance Center in their Yelp review. Shane and his co-worker from Kelly's Appliance came out; they noted the damage, and put the machine back into working order. I am so thankful I came across Kelly's.

      I will refer Kelly's Appliance Center to whoever needs appliance work!

      I made an appointment to service the ice maker on my Kitchen Aide Refrigerator which they replaced 2 years ago August of 22. The unit was making Ice but was mot level so it was spilling water into the tray and freezing. They repaired the tilt but now the ice maker no longer makes Ice .
      called them back they refused to come back until the end of the following week. When I said that that was unacceptable Dean hung up on me. So much for service. This is my second post they told yelp that I'm not a customer and had them remove the post.

      I called Kelly's to repair my microwave oven.
      It is an over the range type that is larger than normal so it made sense to repair rather than replace.
      Sean the technician, is very nice and super professional and is very knowledgeable.
      I highly recommend Kelly's for your business.

      From the first call to Kelly's to inquire about servicing my washing machine, I received professionalism and kindness. The appointment was booked for the same week and the technician was on time. Dane was personable and honest about my repair and very helpful. Follow up requests to Kelly's were answered promptly by Abby, and fulfilled my needs. Highly recommend!

      Our 14-month old KitchenAid refrigerator's freezer could not keep cold - ice cream was constantly melting. I had 3 visits from Sear's repair over a 2-month period that cost a total of $908 and did not fix the problem. Needless to say, I was frustrated with their inability to find a fix after multiple tries.
      I then contacted Kelly's Appliance and they sent Shawn out quickly. He diagnosed it as a failing evaporator fan motor and ordered a new one. A week later he replaced the motor and that fixed problem for a total of $411.
      Lesson learned: Trust Kelly's for accurate appliance repair on the first try.

      We had a dryer that was squeaking like crazy (whirlpool purchased 2016) and debating fix vs replace. Kelly's was the only place I found locally that applied the original service call fee to the total bill. I got a quick appointment, the service tech that came out, Bianca, was so nice and so professional and got the job done within an hour. She explained everything to me and showed me all of the parts that she was replacing and why. Replaced all the moving parts and saved me about $400 cost difference between buying a new washer and repairing this one when you consider
      that there's taxes, delivery fee, installation fee, and take the old dryer away fee on a new model. But from the get-go this company was so nice starting from booking the appointment with Laura and then having Bianca come out and fix it so quickly. You really can't beat this place for service and value. Highly recommend this company and love any chance to support local business.

      Beware!

      I called Kelly's Appliance Center because they we're on Bosch's list of warranty service providers. As such, they are to do the work, and bill Bosch, not the appliance owner.

      But Kelly's does not work that way, they request payment in advance and advised me that I could would get paid back by Bosch.

      I called Bosch to confirm they would reimburse me. Bosch does not reimburse. Bosch even called Kelly's and confirmed they would bill the owner, I would have been responsible for the bill. I cancelled my appointment in time.

      Bosch is removing them from their list of warranty service providers.

      I’m not sure where you got your information but, Kelly’s is a preferred Bosch service company and have been for 30 years. If you have a Bosch appliance under warranty will repair it and charge Bosch directly.

      RED FLAG WARNING

      I just got off the phone with a representative of Kelly's Appliance. I inquired about whether it would be possible to schedule an appointment for service. I was informed that a technician could come out "next week". I inquired what day and time that might be. In reply I was again told - "sometime next week" . I asked whether I could be given a day and a range in time so that I could plan accordingly. No meaningful response was given.

      I inquired about whether I could be provided a range in a rough estimate to replace the pump motor in a washing machine for which I could provide the model number. I was informed this company does not disclose reasonably foreseeable costs (equipment and labor + travel). Only the service call price of $145 was represented - and this would be included in the total cost once the problem (if any) was identified. The representative characterized providing any kind of estimate as a "liability" and the company never informs its customers of costs other than the service call price. The representative indicated the company is "always up front" with their customers. The representative said "the only thing I can help you with is scheduling an appointment". Without letting me reply or set an appointment, the representative abruptly hung up.

      I cannot trust this company, and I do not appreciate the unprofessional and rude demeanor of the representative. I hope consumers will take into consideration when a company is forthright in its disclosures, including providing reasonably foreseeable costs to obtain informed consent from its customers prior to entering into a contract.

      I will not be doing any business with this company at any time ever.
