Went to kemp since they open at 9 am and the guy took care of it and I needed a new phone case and hooked me up with better screen protector and case all in $40.

I can't give Kemo Wireless enough praise - they went above and beyond when I needed help with my brand new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. After accidentally shattering the screen, I brought it in to Kemo, expecting a huge repair bill. But they replaced the glass for a very reasonable cost, saving me hundreds over going directly through Samsung.

A few weeks later, I made the mistake of improperly installing a screen protector I had bought. Not only did Kemo remove the bad screen protector for free, but they put on a new one with no extra charges! I was amazed at their kindness and generosity.

Both times I visited, the staff at Kemo was professional, efficient, and so helpful. They truly seemed to care and took extra steps to make sure I left happy. I can't believe how much time and headache they saved me. Going the extra mile with that screen protector installment was just too kind.

After my great experiences at Kemo Wireless, I can confidently give them 5 stars. Their combination of reasonable prices, top-notch service, and willingness to go above-and-beyond is unmatched. For any mobile device repairs or accessories, Kemo will be my go-to from now on. Dropped in because their sign says they buy and sell phones. Huge mistake. The second I walked in, I was was eyed down by the front desk lady who immediately looked at the phones and said no.One Iphone 12 Pro Max and the other which is cheaper is a 6s plus. Every question I had was shot down and they didn't give me a good reason for it. My dad who is in Nigeria recommended this place to me as he replaced my laptop screen here. Which blacks out every 10 minutes of use and costed over 400 dollars... for a laptop screen. At the end of the day, there is better places out here that offer better service. Kemo wireless in Oakland, Ca International Blvd would not be one of my recommendations.

This place is the real deal! No frills, super affordable and incredible service. Cleaned my charging port and gave my friend a great deal on a new laptop.

Quick response to my inquiries. Dropped off my iPhone 12pro to get the camera lens repaired.
They replaced the full lens assembly.
Work was done in a couple hours at a reasonable price. People were courteous at the shop. I also asked for a price on screen protector and they replaced at no charge.
Very happy customer.
