How do you thank someone who helps make your dream come true? You write a Yelp review! While Kerri deserves so much more, I couldn't help giving her some props on Yelp. After all, that's how I found her, through Yelp. While the positive reviews she received were persuasive, what clinched it for me was her photo. I figured anyone who was daring enough to have hair like that, could make bold moves in the Real Estate game. And as most of you know, it takes bold moves to be successful in the Bay Area Real Estate market. I with the help of this amazing Real Estate agent was just that, successful. Not only did Kerri manage to get me into my first house. She got me into the house I wanted and got the deal done in 17 days.
That's not a typo, Kerri and her very talented loan agent Drummond pulled off the impossible. We and in this case, the royal we managed to close on my house in 17 days. This closing miracle was almost as important as getting the house I actually wanted.
While I had attended many open houses in the Bay Area, this was the only house I made an offer on. Unheard of right, to get the first house you offer on. Well, that would be thanks to Kerri. She knew just how to position me in this situation to be successful.
She was able to do that delicate dance between Buyer and Seller. Giving both sides the impression they were winning, cleaver girl! I walked into my first home feeling lucky. And I still walk into my home feeling lucky, some 4 months later. Buying a home is ranked up there as one of the greatest stressors in a person's life. I can honestly say that the process with Kerri and her team was so easy and effortless. Sometimes I still can't believe I own my house. There was no struggle, no pain and no crying!
I actually tired to buy a house in 2010, I ended up crying and without a house! This time it was a complete 180 from my first experience.
Kerri managed the whole affair so professionally. The day we first met she told me, "this is doable!" I took a leap of faith, I guess we both did and decided to work together to get me into a house. She delivered on her promise, I'm writing this review from my beautiful 100 year old craftsman style house.
I can't begin to convey to anyone reading this how my decision to go with Kerri has dramatically improved my life. With her help and guidance, I finally accomplished something I've been wanting to do for over 20 years! I was able to purchase a home in the Bay Area and it was easy! Do yourself a favor, have a face to face with Kerri.
She is the real deal and I have drunk the Kerri Kool Aid. And I am a tough audience, I never give out recommendations. Frankly, I think most people are horrible at their job. I was pleasantly surprised to find someone that not only met my high standards, but surpassed them. Through the entire process, I felt very supported regarding my feelings and needs. Kerri made me feel like I was her most important client. And for The All About Me people, Kerri is the answer. She possesses that rare characteristic of being flexible, yet strong, I nicknamed her bamboo.
Not only did she manage to get me into my "dream" house (I literally dreamt about the house the night we viewed it), she gave me a much needed house warming gift!
None of my other friends ever got a house warming gift from their agents.

To be honest, I never really believed we could own a home in the Bay Area until we actually had the keys in hand. I still pinch myself every morning when I wake up in the bedroom with vaulted floor to ceiling windows looking out on the pond and garden, or watch my small children zoom around and safely explore the fenced-in big back yard, or warm my feet on the radiant heat from the poured concrete floor, or grab a lemon off the tree, or...on and on.

We worked with Kerri and Kellie from the Monday Team on the recent sale of our home in the Richmond Annex. They made what was a pretty stressful set of life changes (a new job requiring relocation, selling our beloved family home and buying a new one in an unfamiliar market) feel much more manageable and it all went so smoothly!

Finding the right agent wasn't a walk in the park as first time homebuyers in the most competitive real estate market. I've already gone through a few agents and began to lose steam in my hunt for a home. I decided to hit up Kellie after I had heard about her work. She made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. It was a stress-free experience throughout. I can't recommend Kellie enough!

I was a first-time home buyer and my agent Zoe was kind, patient, and professional. She responded to my texts and questions promptly at all hours. She asked great questions and taught me how to vet each house more rigorously. She made excellent recommendations for other services (mortgage broker, homeowners insurance, handymen) I would need throughout. She helped me through a long tricky negotiation and I was able to land my dream house for a fair price. That price turned out to be the expert valuation she gave at the beginning of the process.

Zoe was flexible and made herself available to show me houses on little notice. When she couldn't, someone else from the Monday Team stepped in and treated me like their own client. They were just as rigorous in inspecting houses as they would be if they were buying it themselves. I always felt in good hands and that everyone wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the process the whole time, even if that slowed things down. She even continued helping me and answering questions for weeks after I'd bought the house.

When escrow closed, I met Zoe at my new house to find that she'd arrived early and put a beautiful white bow on the door. When I entered, I found a Welcome Home Care Package from the Monday Team and a gift basket for her that incorporated things about me I'd forgotten I even told her. Such is the thoughtfulness you can expect from this group. Don't try to buy a house in the bay without them!
