Bad service, poor communication. In for brake pad replacement, and they changed my oil when I asked them not to, only had 1000kms on current oil. Asked for my car to be available by 1pm when scheduling my service, didn't make note of it and thankfully I checked with then when dropping the vehicle off. Their automated text reminder system keeps sending me reminders to get service, but it's for an oil change and fluid check... I have never purposely asked them to change the oil and always use a different shop for simple things like that. I just scheduled some service work for a month from now and their automated text says I missed an appointment today.

I knew exactly what I was looking for in a car for my mother-in-law, so I started by contacting a handful of Kia dealerships in the area (including the Lower Mainland). It's always a good idea to try to negotiate a price over email before walking into the dealership, since doing it in person is an enormous time suck, unless you're a masochist who likes playing negotiation games with car dealers. Nelson and Elmano @ Graham Kia were the only ones who were straightforward, providing me with a detailed breakdown of the pricing right away and even throwing in added discounts, even before I started negotiating. The other two dealers were less transparent and were more interested in getting me into the dealership to talk in person.... Thanks, but no thanks.

It was relatively painless for my mother-in-law to walk in, sign the papers, and drive away with her new car. The only pain point was that their finance department added an unexpected $497 "Placement fee", but as soon as I pointed it out to them a few days later, they sent us a cheque to compensate us.

Overall, Nelson and Elmano are straight shooters and easy to deal with. If you're in the market for a Kia and don't want to waste hours at the negotiating table, I highly recommend them.

Like any dealership more expensive but they do seem to know what they are doing. They seem trustworthy to do what is needed only and not scam you to do other things. They need online booking. Almost all other dealerships I have been to have an online booking system. Also communication isn't the greatest, they seems to miss a lot of emails that I send on price quotes or part inquiries.

Having dealt with two other dealerships in the city, I was happily surprised by the level of service and sales environment here. I was never at any point forced into making a decision and was given lots of freedom. This is all great but it's the quality of the car that matters and their products offer unreal value.

We were introduced to Nelson Chan by the then owner of Graham Kia ( now Victoria Kia) in 2015 although it would be another year before my husband bought a KIA Soul. In addition to being a great vehicle that he still owns, the professional sales experience we received from Nelson was amazing. His annual follow up and birthday messages to us both just increased our loyalty to him and the dealership. So now I traded in my car and also own a 2021 KIA Soul as of yesterday. Nelson Chan again made the buying experience a pleasure from beginning to end and we appreciated dealing with Elmano Lima on getting a good value on our trade and him being able to find our popular new Soul model in the colour we wanted. If you want a positive car buying experience this dealership and these 2 gentlemen are guaranteed to deliver it.
