Kim Natural Food

I've been going for years for the convenience and quality of products. Not cheap, but these days, nothing is and they carry very specific things that cannot be found elsewhere.

The staff is super friendly and I always feel welcome.

amazing health food store. great prices. awesome staff. one of my favourite places to shop.

The people working here are very pleasant. On a freezing cold day I thought I would get stocked up at Kim's as it is close to home.
I have shopped there a few times, but today I have decided I will not be going back after comparing their prices to other stores in Toronto.

Complaints:
1 & 2) A common brand of Shampoo and a common brand of Co-Q10 they do not carry. * I refused to purchase their pricier items.

3) Renew Life Fibre Smart - all across Toronto is $24.99 and Kim's wanted $29.99!! (Even with their discount it did not compare to other stores.)

I am slightly confused with store name of Qi and Kim's. Are they 2 different stores??
Reviews in this forum are saying they are cheaper than Herbs and Nutrition at Bloor and Bathurst. This has not been the case for me! I also find Kensington cheaper than Kim's. I suppose we are on 2 different planets.

4) I did buy Rhodiola by Now on sale for $17.99. When I got home the bill said the regular price was $28.59! Are you kidding me???

I understand that Roncellvales Avenue are dealing with a different type of clientele, but to say their prices are great?

I won't be going back.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff is friendly and they have a wide range of products.

Have been here with friends but this time came for myself. The variety of items is amazing and overwhelming as the store is small but busy, so you will be shifting from one side of an aisle to another as you or someone else need to get by.

I would steer clear of the bulk nuts but everything else is fair game for you natural health food and product needs.

I was looking for something and they were able to find the items on my list with ease and even educated me! Their pricing is great and significantly less than other natural health food/product stores so this will now be my go to place!

Bought Brazil nuts from their dispenser at a premium. I was very disappointed that they were old and mouldy. I ended up throwing them out. To me, its a breach of trust as I had looked to people of this store to provide safe and healthy products for someone surviving cancer.

If you are not aware, mouldy nuts are very dangerous due to mycotoxin /aflatoxin. Do your own due diligence.Who know what else I have been eating from their inventory that is not what it should be.

I just read another "mouldy nut" review that was posted 10 months ago... clearly, they don't care enough that their products are unsafe !

I frequent this place A LOT. They seem to have the best prices when it comes to health food products (and I've checked Noah's and all over the St. Lawrence Market). Qi is always cheaper.

The store isn't very roomy, but the staff are nice and there are lots of items to choose from.

This is my health food store of preference in the area. They have a great selection of the usual suspects - organic whatnots & gluten-free shtuffs. Their bulk section is rather lovely as it lets me sample various types of grains before I commit.

I've always had lovely experiences with the staff & they're always really helpful when I need assistance finding something or need a recommendation.

I love Qi.

Lots to choose from... great staff. It's family owned and they are always willing to help. It's a cramped little place but you'd be surprised at how much stuff they can pack into this place.

Lots of fresh organic stuff in the back, and lots of bulk items as well. I always buy my quinoa and other grains here. Good selectioni of beauty products and soaps and well... everything. It's my go-to health food store!

Qi has quite a wide variety of food, sauces and things. Their prices are also cheaper and more reasonable than at Bathurst/Bloor (Korean organic grocery store area), as well as in Kensington market, although the full variety is not entirely there for me.

Great selection, lots of stuff, and lots more Asian-type sauces.
