By far the best decision i made, to buy used appliances and of course here at Kings Appliance!
After a bad experience i went through, buying new washer and dryer. After about 3 months of buying them i had to call the technician like every month
And sometimes they had to order the parts which took weeks to receive some times!
Kings Appliance are very reliable, they give you warranty.
Jesus i a very honest person who will help you at any time if you have a problem with your appliance.
The used washer and dryer i bought from them like 3 or 4 years ago i have NOT had to call them to come fix them, but i know that if i need help they would come to my rescue and help with affordable and prices
I NEVER BUY NEW APPLIANCES ANYMORE!!!

In March 2021 I bought a used refrigerator from King Appliance.
Emmanuel & Oscar made the delivery all the way into the city San Francisco with a generosity of spirit, kept their masks on and when the fridge ended up needing a couple of repairs within 60 days they honored the 2 month warranty and graciously came all the back into the city to take care to make sure it was left in my hands in the best shape possible.

I LOVE my new to me fridge from King Appliance :)

Great Used Appliances with a fair price tag. Jesus and his son were very kind and efficient. I bought a fridge, and as promised it worked great. I went and checked it a few hours later, the fridge was cool, freezer was at freezing temps and the ice maker just made its first batch. I definitely recommend this place. I purchased and not even two hours later it was at my rental home.

These guys were awesome - bought my appliances at 1030am and was folding my first load at 2 pm . How cool is that ?

Manuel provided great service and product. We saved about $500 from what we were planning on spending at the dept stores and we got a better quality fridge than what we would have bought. They were honest and delivered quick. I definitely recommend people check out their store and see what they offer before sending your money to the typical dept stores with third party delivery companies that take a week or more to get you the fridge. Support local business.

I wanted to surprise a friend with a new or re-conditioned oven/stove. All the reviews of local appliance businesses were terrible (most citing horrible customer service, lack of knowledge, poor quality merchandise, and rudeness). I made a few calls and most went to voice mail. King Appliance answered the phone. I talked to Emanuel who was friendly, informative, and candid. Seems that my intention was thwarted by reality. It meant removing the appliance, measuring, etc., etc., etc. So, no surprise, but he saved me time, money, and aggravation. You rock, Emanuel.

Fast and reliable. He does same day service and is very knowledgeable and helpful. He wore a mask throughout his visits. And he always goes beyond, like one time he came to fix something and also offered to jumped my car. The battery was dead because it had been sitting in driveway for months! None of our other tries were able to jump it but Manuel was able too.
Anyways we've used Manuel a few times now and have recommended him to our friends. His work shop also has new and used appliances for sale and he delivers and installs. He found us a dryer that matched our washing machine and it's working well (it's been 3 months).

I had an absolutely fabulous experience with King Appliance. Jesus is the father and Jose and Emmanuel are his sons. What led me to King Appliance is my beloved old Maytag washer and dryer finally weren't worth repairing anymore after 25 years. I wanted an "old school" washer where the water will fill up on large loads and there is a central agitator. I was desperate for a new washer since my old Maytag broke down with a full load of laundry in it.

So I went by King Appliance. They happened to have a Whirlpool washer and dryer pair in very good cosmetic condition that they backed with a 90 day warranty. So I purchased the washer and dryer and Jose installed them the very next day! But I experienced some issues on my first wash, where it leaked a little water on the floor and the warm water was cool and not warm. So I texted Jesus and Jose came out later that same day and replaced those malfunctioning parts (they had to order the parts and were able to get them same day). And I now have a washer and dryer that has gone through many loads of laundry and works beautifully! All for a fraction of the cost of buying new. I'm thrilled!

I also needed a "new" dishwasher since my 15 year old KitchenAid was making grinding noises and a repairman several months ago said the KitchenAid motors are so expensive it's better to buy new. So I researched a new KitchenAid at Home Depot before I discovered King Appliance. Well, when I was buying the washer and dryer, Jesus asked if I needed anything else. I said a stainless steel KitchenAid dishwasher. He showed me one and it was the exact model I was going to buy at Home Depot! Needless to say, I bought it and he gave me his few month warranty on it. Emmanuel installed it today and it works like a charm and is so quiet.

Jesus and his sons, Jose and Emmanuel, are super pleasant, honest men and I hope to do business with them again. I'll also be referring my friends and clients to them because why buy expensive new when you can buy refurbished with a 90 day warranty (all the time you really need to see if it is working well or not) from King Appliance... at a fraction of the cost of new!

I was in a pinch to find the impossible! A fridge to fit my studio kitchen apartment space and the area that the fridge was to fit in is 26" wide. I have been combing the whole Bay Area today trying to find this unicorn of a fridge. And with the supply chain issues we are having right now the prices for used fridges are outrageous!

Emmanual was so helpful. The fridge was leaking and either needing to be fixed or replaced. He took the time to Facetime me and assess what was going on with the fridge and possibly attempt to fix it live time. But unfortunately in the end it needed to be replaced.

He gave me a realistic price point of what I should be paying for a fridge of this kind. I really appreciated his honesty especially since he could have quoted me another price and probably easily got it due to the supply chain situation.

I had a used washer machine whirlpool that wasn't working. When it was turn on, it shakes like it going to run out of the house. Not only that, it also makes loud noise like an airplane. I called server place for prices fixing it, they all charge from $70-100 to find the diagnosis, if I decided not to fix it, I will pay for it, if I decided to fix it,, it will goes to the labor and parts.
I watch couples demo on YouTube for the problems as most of it claim that it causes by balancing, the barrier or the shock.
I decide to drove to King Appliances to looked for a washer machine. The shop is located in a warehouse as the entrance can be scary and dirty with all the dirty and used appliance displace in front.
Jose help me right away that he can stop by to take a look at the problem within a hour after a delivery and will charge $30.
He called and let me know that he is on the way.
He came and discovered that the reason why the washing machine making noise and shaking because the 4 area on the back had not removed the screw after used. He say that every washing machine must have it removed before use. The problem was fixed within 20 minutes. I am so glad I gave him a chance to stop by and fix the problem! I save myself couple hundreds dollars!
