They were able to unclog my kitchen sink drain that a previous plumber could not fix. I called and made an appointment for the same day and they came within 45 min. They were fast and got the job done correctly. I recommend them for any plumbing emergencies that you need taken care of in a short amount of time.

I've had clay pipes (sewer line) since I purchased my house in 2018, and have since put off changing it due to the cost and what I thought would be time and hassle. I had been paying close to $1,000 each time to clean the pipes / cut the roots growing in.

I called around town, looking for quotes to replaces my sewer lines, and came across King Kong Plumbing.

I spoke to Steven on a Monday, sent him pictures of my house and was given a call. We spoke about the details of the work, distances from clean outs, and etc. Within that day, he gave me a quote at no cost. We exchanged some details, and within a few days, he got a permit from the city for the work that same Thursday. They arrived promptly at 9am, and finished the job in a record time (thursday). The made redid all the previous work as it wasn't great or not to code.

The city inspected the work the next day, and then Steven and crew finished the work, cleaned the spaces very well, and were done.

Steven and team were professional, prompt, cost efficient, and worked efficiently (all during a heatwave). Most importantly they made the whole process so easy for my family. Highly recommend them.

We had amazing service from King Kong Plumbing. We had main waterline leakage on this 4th of July and they responded very quickly even during the holiday. Steven was very responsive and helpful through out the whole process. Tyson came the next day early morning and gave us competitive quote for the project and they resolved the piping issue the next day. They also replaced our garbage disposal and broken toilet flush handle very competently.

I had an urgent need to locate and repair a leak on my property over the weekend. After calling many local plumbers, etc - it was very difficult to find any immediate help, until I called Steven and the King Kong Plumbing team!

In short, they very much deserve the 5 star rating they have here on yelp!

Steven was able to schedule a free appointment to consult/ inspect the situation the very next morning. When his team showed up, they were very kind and easy to work with and was able to locate the leak within 20mins! Which was very impressive to me, considering that there were no visible leaks and the leak ended up being outside, underground in the side yard on the border of my yard

Steven was very responsive and was able to send the team out the very next morning to do the repair. The repair only took a couple hours even though they had to dig for the pipe and also demolish and repair the concrete in the area. On top of all this, his team noticed my water main valve was a bit fault and offered to fix it at no additional cost!

Called at least two dozen plumbers before reaching King Kong Plumbing. I'm so glad I did. Very frustrating that most cannot provide a quote over the phone. Understood that each job is different, but I provided a plethora of detail about my issue, yet most places have a dispatcher answering who is not knowledgeable so I guess that's why they can't provide over-the-phone estimates.

I left a VM and my call was returned promptly a few minutes later. Described my issue and was quoted a VERY FAIR price considering this was early on a Saturday evening. BTW, I was told that these guys don't charge an "emergency service" fee, which is huge. Calling around, most places will throw that charge on at an additional $150+.

When the tech came by, he was very polite and knowledgeable. Took a look at the situation and probably only there for 15 minutes before resolving the clog. I explained to him about my experience with the previous plumber and he told me that they were likely using the wrong snake (one used for bath tub that isn't meant for longer pipes like for the kitchen) and that's why they couldn't fix it. Also said that the hydro jet was unnecessary, which he obviously proved to me. I thanked him for not price gouging and providing the service at a reasonable price. Tech told me that they don't believe in ripping off customers because they want return business, which makes sense.

Well, sir, I will be calling you guys first whenever I have plumbing needs from here on out. Thank you for above-and-beyond service and reasonable prices! 100% will repeat.

The reason this company has 5 stars is because they provide a reliable service and do not price gouge customers. Chau came and fixed my Mom's sink for a fair price. I know it was fair because about 20 other plumbers either could not come on a Saturday afternoon or wanted an astronomical amount to unclog the sink. One plumber wanted $1000 and tried to make us feel he was giving us a deal when he reduced it to $800. Then told us what other plumbers would charge us which turned out to be way off after we got a few more quotes.

Their service is always great. They respond quickly, knowledgeable, and great customer service. We use them regularly now.

Very deserving of 5 stars! I searched through Yelp for the highest rated plumbers to help my parents with a water leak, and found King Kong plumbing to have all 5 stars. Why not give it a try?

I Texted the phone number listed on Yelp to inquire. Within an hour, I had a reply from Steven saying he could come out within an hour to give us an estimate. He was good at communicating with me the cost and when they could start. They came out the next day and fixed the issue within 2 hours! Very reasonably priced, and my parents were very happy to have this problem fixed! The team was very professional and my parents would be happy to use them again for any future issues!

My regular plumber ghosted me and we needed a job done since last summer. I had been putting off replacing my sewer pipes from both bathrooms, and it had been causing ongoing problems for the last year.

I finally called Steven at King Kong. I found these guys on Yelp, coincidentally I see them every day located next to my gym. The estimate process was easy since I knew the exact problem and showed him pictures of the problem. He gave me a cost that was doable. We scheduled and got the job done that week!!!! They finished everything in 1 day, even despite my tight home schedule. Even more reassuring, they provide 10 year warranty. Our plumbing problems, so far, have been solved.

Did what they were hired to do. The laundry outlet box was replaced. The pipes were sticking out a bit due to the orientation of slots on the box, but otherwise a good job. They also have the cheapest quote.
