Kings Auto Spa Richmond

I live in Vancouver, yet will go all the way to Kings Auto Spa for a car clean. Yes, I said clean not wash. Not only do they wash your car, but they clean the inside like crazy.

With a dog that sheds like crazy, they do such an awesome job of getting rid of all the fur. It's amazing. There are a minimum of 6 people cleaning your car at the same time.

Automatic car washes are okay, but these guys are the best. I didn't know there is one on Marine. Will be checking out that location as well.

Bonus: If you like shiny and expensive cars, you'll def see tons here.

I have the unlimited wash pass but not worth it unless I go at least 2 to 3 times per month. They do an okay job with the wash but each time the whole process takes an hour from line up to dry.

Please hire more staff.

Excellent quick service. Staff are friendly and my car looks great. Be careful if they ask if you'd like the carpets steam cleaned it's an expensive add on.

I wanted to rate a negative star but too bad yelp only let's me put one as a minimum. Went there years ago and had awesome experiences. But after the owner changed, everything has been going downhill ever since.
They charge really expensive for carwash and does a bad job. They scratches your car and leaves dirt marks on it. I requested directly to the owner about the dirt marks. He just said "o cuz your car was really dirty"...who would have the time to come wash their car if the car is clean.... Not only not doing the right thing. They scratch the paint job on my car. They also charge xxing 2.0 for mat cleaning which they don't even take it out and wash it. Cuz my trunk mat is still dirty after the wash. I definitely would not recommend anyone to go.

This was my second visit and after a good first experience this one was very disappointing. It started of well with the initial washing portion. When we left the car to wait for the interior clean and vacuum cleaning it went from bad to worse. During payment the gentleman kept pushing to buy diffrent wash packages even after several refusals. Then the charge was higher then what was on the posted list. When asked about a clarification, his english disappeared for a while. When they indicated that my car was ready i mentioned that i paid for the cleaning of my mats and after a few huffs and puffs it was given a 10 second brush. After inquiring about al the debris left on the floor and if this was forgotten during vacuum cleaning the gentleman grabbed an air hose and blew all the debris through the car instead of using the vacuum cleaner. I was waiting for a camera to show up and tell me i am being punked. Unfortunately it was just a very bad experience.

Go if you have lots of time to spare. They are short staffed and very inefficient. The owner was busy convincing us to buy an annual card instead of helping out his workers. Too slow!!! Not a busy day but it took them over 30 mins!

took my car there, after they finished ignition key was stuck in ignition.srs light on due to seats being moved too far and the broke a piece of trim off the rocker panel.they fixed the trim but the rest, is up to me.. it is hard to tell who is in charge and they don't speak much english. unless you are chinese with a new car you should stay away from here
