I was cruising downtown Vancouver late at night, feeling all kinds of messed up, so I decided to eat my damn feelings. What better way to fix my mood than stuffing my face with some waffles? So, I hit up KOS Waffles for the first time.

The spot was straight cozy, and the vibe was lit. The staff dude was mad chill and hooked me up real good. After peeping the menu, I went all in and got two waffles: the Skillingboller and the Pebbles Reese. Yeah, I had to double up!

The Skillingboller was dope as hell. It was this fat, fluffy waffle smothered in a sweet-ass cinnamon roll glaze and dusted with sugar. Every bite was straight fire--soft, sweet, and just right to hit the spot.

Then I smashed the Pebbles Reese, and damn, it was off the chain. This waffle was a wild and Reese's pieces, all dripping with chocolate syrup. The crunch from the cereals and that gooey, chocolatey mess was pure heaven. It was mad indulgent, fun as hell, and exactly what I needed to end my night on a high note.

Overall, KOS Waffles was the bomb. The waffles were on point, and the chill vibes made it even better. If you ever find yourself in downtown Van late at night and need a pick-me-up, slide through and grab some waffles. You might just end up doubling up like I did!

Great waffle sandwiches - had the chicken club a blend of sweetness from the waffle with a great sandwich tucked inside. Glad we stopped.

I forgot what the specific thing we ordered was called but it was something related to 'ice cream' in the name. (Like the "I Scream"? idk) Anyways...

The waffle itself tasted like the frozen eggo waffles from the supermarket (like not very thick or fluffy - it tasted reheated even though I literally saw them make it... so that was strange).

The ice cream sandwich was also meh - also, I'm pretty sure the menu said ice cream, which is why I thought there was going to be actual ice cream :(

Overall, not a great dessert. It wasn't the most expensive (around $10 or so?), so maybe I'd consider trying a different option if I ever came again? But I won't been keen to do so any time soon :/

Best thing that I ate in Vancouver! Their waffles are shaped like hearts, very iconic of Norway, and they are folded like a taco. Then they placed caramelized cinnamon, powdered sugar, and whipped cream in it. Delicious! It was flavorful without being too sweet or too heavy.

KOS Waffles is a small shop with a few seating options available. I ended up deciding to get the grilled chicken club waffle (with the ranch dressing on the side) and thought it was okay. I quite enjoyed the bacon and cheese but found the chicken a bit dry. I think I enjoyed the original Waffleland a bit more but found KOS an interesting concept.

Found this place by luck, and the food was really good. Ordered The Old Faithful and I had no complaints about it.

Would come back again for sure

This place is fantastic. Small niche waffle place, with cute heart shaped waffles that can be sweet or savory.
My friend group and I all got the salmon avocado one and it was amazing. Definitely worth the stop for a lunch that's filling and adorable ambiance. They also serve coffee options, but I didn't have any of them.
