Rosie - your buying expert, attention to detail, and one thing I love about her is she is NOT pushing you to buy. She will show you whatever listing you want to see and give you her honest opinion and share the wealth of her knowledge on the neighborhood.

Krista - your selling expert, a deal maker. She will get you what you needed for the selling price and be VERY honest with you on the market trend. Obviously, you have to be a reasonable seller and listen to her advice. We had a deal that the buyer who backed up and we thought damn our listing will probably sits for awhile. Krista wouldn't take no for answer and was a busy bee to get us not ONE offer but THREE offers!

All and all, we were delighted to have this amazing duo to look out for us! Look no further for other agents (trust me we had some interesting interactions with others!) They are a good find!

Working with Krista and her real estate partner Rosie to sell our house in Oakland truly put us in the best position we could have been in with the current market. Krista had the experience we needed for our neighborhood to be able to guide us in the right direction, and through several changing conditions as the market shifted through the several months as we were getting ready to sell.
