It's always nice to find a good, honest and reliable auto repair shop. Added bonus for me is that they're a one block walk from home. Jon and Raymond are the best. Prices are reasonable and the work is done correctly the first time. You don't have to worry about needless up sell with these guys.

My 2nd time going here for an oil change and they are very quick (less than 30 minutes). I also mentioned checking my front bumper as something is sticking out and they were able to fix it! They also added air to my tires. Great service!

This local repair shop has become our go-to place for any service needs from engine, to tires, to a simple oil change. The prices are very reasonable and the turnaround is quick. I've been accommodated without an appointment on more than one occasion! I'm happy to give my business to a local, privately owned neighborhood shop.

The Order/Ask: One of my low beams burned out, so I originally needed someone to change out the bulb for my left headlight. The pair I bought was a different color than my right headlight bulb, so I then needed someone to help me swap out both. This involves taking out a whole bunch of parts as several components are in the way of the headlight access on both sides.

Other Place Vs. L&G: Right before stopping at L&G Auto Repair, I went to a nearby auto shop and they told me it would be too difficult to swap out both headlights due to the design of the car and work required to move things out of the way. I went to L&G and it was like night and day as they helped me without hesitation!

- Other place: changing 1 head light = $40, 45 minutes
- L&G: changing 2 head lights = $30, 25 minutes!

Not only was this place much cheaper, they were very straightforward to work with and fast. The guy told me to come back in 30-35 minutes as he worked on the car, but after just over 20 minutes of walking around I noticed my car was parked back in front and that he was already done changing out both!

No complaints whatsoever so far (I'm assuming all the parts were put back in perfectly, but live just a few miles from here so will see haha.) That said, I really recommend these guys- they are no-nonsense, charge reasonable prices, and work very swiftly. Thanks, L&G Auto Repair.

I remember not being pleased my first visit here. But after a couple ridiculous quotes from 2 bigger nearby shops I decided to give them a chance. They did good work and very fairly priced.
Will definitely give them a shot next time I need something done as well.

So, this place was trying to charge me 120 dollars for changing a fuse. Later, they told me there was more problem with my car and it would cost 2000 dollars just for parts and 1000 for labor for a total of 3000. They told me the parts are were very hard to come by. I went across the street to jiffy lube, a very nice kid did it for 5 dollars. Now, my car drives and flies.

They over charge for parts like CRAZY. I used to work at o Riley auto down the street so I know for a fact metallic brakes are 20-50 and 50-65 for ceramic brakes. Rotors are about 60 max. Trusting these guys to do my brakes and I'm lookin at 120 for one set of brake pads and 180 for 2 rotors. Im from westborough so I've come across these guys a few times and they never do anything shady as far as their work but after working at oriley can seeing the retail price of parts I know for a fact they're over charging. And if they say "we had to get the Mazda parts" not true. Every auto market has oem parts for different cards. I would have love to have found a 100% trustworthy mechanic spot but this isn't the case.

I used to go to a mechanic across the street.
Until I was cheated one day and scammed to change an alternator that was still working. Long story for another time.
Anyways, so I said let me try the gas station across the street. That's when I met Raymond and John. Brothers that are hard working and very honest. They will tell you when you need repairs and even when you shouldn't get a repair. They fix the problem the right way. With honesty and integrity. I have been going here for almost 15 years now. If you want fair pricing and excellent service, these guys are the ones where you should take your vehicle. Thanks Guys!

John has been serving my dad's, brother's and my cars for decades. We've been gouged by many mechanics before and We're glad we finally found someone honorable and trustworthy and fair. When my car tires need air which I can do myself, I have John check it instead and he goes ahead and corrects the tire pressure and refuses to charge me. Very nice and accommodating.
