Great place for Mexican food in Victoria! Tacos are delicious, and on the smaller side, so order a bunch! My son claims his burrito was one of the best he's ever had. Great vibe and they're pretty fast bringing food out.

We ordered a fish taco and churro to go as we only had time for a quick bite. So happy we did and I would certainly return again.

Everything about the taco tasted fresh from the battered fish to the texture of the soft taco. The churro was even better. I don't know if I've actually had a better churro. It had a crisp, sugary exterior surrounding a soft, warm interior - like I always thought a churro should have. The dipping sauce was the perfect compliment. Well done!

Yeah that was sone great tacos. Worth coming by. Took a minute to get seated & out the order in but once the manager (I assume that was he) got me settled stuff got under way. Now I gotta walk this meal off.

I am very unhappy with my order I received today for la Taquisa. I ordered two tacos and only got one and it was filled with onions which I can't eat due to an allergy. All the toppings you find in a taco were separate and you have to pay for each individually. It was my first time trying them and I don't know if I will try them again.

Good service but the food needs help. We tried 5 different things and nothing was great. The tacos could have been good but they were cold and not even cooked. Tacofino beats this place out of the water,

Three little deep fried "enchiladas" topped with RICOTTA CHEESE and MARINARA SAUCE for $19?! Where did you guys learn to make Mexican food? New York City?

I ate lunch here yesterday and it was about 3 star experience. I took my wife here today and it was hardly a one star. The service was terrible. The hostess was a smart "a..." I ordered two tacos which were ok but the chips were burnt and tasted terrible. On our way out we notice several abandoned tables on which the chips were not eaten so our experience was not unique. We order two draft beers but received bottled beer which was $4 more than the happy hour draft price. So at the end of our happy hour dinner the bill was over $30.

We use to love coming to Victoria but since Covid the city has become rigid and uptight. I don't see us returning any time soon. So disappointed!!!

Delicious food with a sizable portion. Service was prompt, the bar was nothing to write about. Ambiance was plain. Had not the restaurant been full I would have found another restaurant. Overall thumbs up.

Cute space, quick service & great food!

The guacamole looks and tastes like it's made fresh in house. The tortilla soup was flavorful, and the tacos were phenomenal.

Worst take out I've had in years, you've got to be kidding me La Taqueria!!!
I ordered a beef taco, what I received was a half mushy/half dried out shell with 2 slices of what I guess was supposed to be meat and something oily that I guess was supposed to be guacamole. You charged $1.50 for sour cream but not even that could save this sad SAD experience.
Don't waste your money at La Taqueria....just don't!!!!

My belly is full of absolute goodness and my tastebuds are still tingling from the barbacoa beef, chicken tinga and pork carnitas!!!!
This was the best lunch break I've had in awhile!!

Service was outstanding and everyone was friendly beyond belief add in that the establishment was impeccably clean, well I am your new fan!
