Lake Berryessa Boat & Jet Ski Rentals

My fiance and I recently camped at Lake Berryessa for the first time at Lupine Shores. We wanted to rent a kayak for a few hours on one of the days we were there, and so we called this place and they offered to reserve one for us, which was really nice since we couldn't get there for a few hours! The drive was pretty short to Lake Berryessa Boat & Jet Ski Rentals from the campsite we were staying at. When we got there, there were multiple employees working so we did not have to wait long to be served. They kept their promise and reserved a 2 person kayak for us. We were out on the lake in no time! We were very impressed with the staff at this rental place, they were all extremely friendly and helpful =) Marty is the owner and he is really nice. When we got back he asked us how our trip was and if everything went fine...he even gave us some discount coupons for our next visit. We felt the prices for the kayak rental was very reasonable, we will definitely come back here when we come to the lake again and rent a boat or jetski! Thanks for a fun day

This was my first time choosing to rent from this company. I was worried that I had to rent a U-Haul pickup truck to tow their equipment. No Worries!! After making a reservation online, you show up on time. Time is important, it was quite a drive and I was 30 minutes late to my reservation. It was all good, I made it on time to enjoy the jet skis! Upon arrival, a person will brief you everything. Once completed, you follow the person towing your rental to the launch gate. Parking is $20, cash only! From there, you will enjoy your rental!

Despite my experience, I did ran through a problem during my rental. I followed their rules and yet I got a warning light. Called the phone number they have given me, luckily I was with a buddy. They sent guys out to tow the jet ski, thank you! After we got back, no problems or damages were found on both jet skis. Small issue was oil overfill during the time the jet ski went through maintenance. It was understandable but I was given $25 for my next rental and refund back. We've taken it with care and hope someday to return to have fun!!

Everyone at this location has always been 5 star but John has consistently been an excellent instructor and is always finding a way to accommodate the clients. Me and my children can not thank you enough John. We will be back soon.

Came last Friday to rent a fishing boat about 9am. Had no reservations. Gary had us in the water fishing within 30 minutes. Well organized and friendly. The boat was perfect for cruising Lake Berryessa. Will be back and recommend.

The area was so beautiful, very breathtaking . Plenty of space for large families/ parties to be accommodated.

Very good experience renting jet skis for fun in the water at Lake Berryessa. Good customer service had us in the water bay our scheduled time.

Went on a girls trip this past weekend and we rented a boat from Marty and his staff. Everyone was super friendly and explained everything thoroughly including safety, where to go, and how to drive the boat.

Marty ended up giving us a new boat which was awesome! We hung out on the water for about 5 hours before taking it back, and it was $ well spent! It was so much fun boating, listening to music, and swimming in the lake.

Since we are such noobs, we decided to Uber to the lake which was a HUGE mistake. We had trouble finding a ride back to Santa Rosa which was like an hour away. Marty and his staff heard that we were stranded, they offered to drive us to a nearby bar so we can hangout and find a ride. He even offered to come back at a later time to check on us. This is really going above and beyond for your customers.

Lake Berryessa was the final stop of my Bachelor party tour and we rented a boat and two jet-skis from this establishment.

Getting set up was pretty straight forward and the staff was overall pretty friendly. My guy with the lip piercing was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a very good job explaining how the boat works, safety tips, and what to expect on the water.

The boat that we were on was perfect for us. We had 10 people and 2 kids aboard and it was so fitting for that number. We had so much fun with that raft attached to the back too!

The jet skis were fun too although one was significantly faster than the other. Or maybe one or both had a bad speedometer? I don't know.

Overall I had a great experience and I can see myself going through them again.

PRO TIP! Their jet ski feature says "Great for 1-3 riders." What they really mean you can only have up to 3 registered riders per jet ski. Or at least that's what they told us. This is obviously a soft limit because they were giving us a hard time with having more than 3 assigned drivers and we kept asking for more drivers until we got our way. I'm pretty grateful for them to let us slide.
