I had smells from my septic tanks. I called and talked to Cathy. She is very professional and friendly. She had me checked on things like toilet leak and septic tank covers. We did find problems and will get them fixed. She said they could get someone over to do an estimate if smells won't go away.

Langley Hill Quarry was one of three contractors whom I contacted. They are the best.

1st contractor did not want to repair our system by excusing with all the false statements. They proposed to connect our house to the city sewer line. The project costs $85K (connection fee to the City) and $90K (construction cost). Total is $175K. They are one of the largest septic company in the Bay area.

2nd contractor was honest. They agreed to repair the existing septic systems. However, they were busy and we had to wait 3 - 4 weeks. They are another large septic company in Bay area.

Langley Hill Quarry was recommended by our septic system designer. They are busy, too. Kathe was kind enough to convince Pat to stop by my property and see the problem. After I explained the problems of the past, Pat immediately said that the problem was caused by "corrupted pipe" and/or "roots in the pipe". He said that no heavy equipment necessary to dig the entire leach field which damages the current landscape. Otherwise, the house owner ends up not only to spend the repair cost but also the cost of re-building the landscape. He understood our emergency situation.

Even though his company is busy. two crew began to work 2 days later since ours is not a large project but in emergency.

Pat was correct. They found many pipes corrupted and roots/soil inside. They replaced the entire pipes connected to the leach field. They also repaired our septic tank, too, which was flat between intake pipe and out-flow pipe. It took less than 5 days. The crews work very hard and knowledgeable. They work for Pat for more than 25 years. Pat has the solid employees.

Now, they are working on the vertical pipe at the end of each leach field pipe in order for us to clean up the leach field periodically in the future.
