Lapje Roofing

We bought a fixer home about 25 years ago and I've hired many contractors over the years. This year we needed our roof replaced. A friend recommended Lapje Roofing. I got multiple bids and after meeting with Juan Landeros, I decided to go with Lapje Roofing. Working with Juan and his team has been the best experience I've had with a contractor to date!

Juan and his crew are professional, courteous and they do great work. I honestly can't say one negative thing about Lapje Roofing. They over delivered on everything that was promised. The estimate was fair and there were no surprises. My new roof looks great!

I absolutely recommend Lapje roofing! The worst of last winter's storms resulted in massive leaks in our roof and adjoining neighbor wall(!!!). I was really stressed about further water damage because the next storm was expected within days. Juan was came out the day after I called him and quick-fixed the leak and then sent a team out to redo the roof. He was fantastic!

Juan is the best. I called him up three years after he replaced our roof because I noticed a drip. He was on my roof within 90 minutes. He discovered that the recent storms had blown a lot of tree debris on the roof and it had clogged up the drain. There was a pool of standing water that drained immediately when he removed the debris. He came back the next week and installed a strainer box to prevent the problem from recurring--free of charge. Good luck finding that level of service from any other contractor in town.

Called Juan last week and he answered the phone immediately. Scheduled me for a roof check at our new place and came on time at 9am on Saturday. Gave me an honest assessment and said the roof looks good. Few low spots and he could reseal it roof and fix those spots for me easily. The price was very fair.

Very satisfied with the work lapje roofing provided us . Juan and his crew were very courteous of our property . The level of craftsmanship was exceptional . I would definitely recommend them as your next roofing project

Every time it rains, I am so grateful that I had Lapje Roofing fix our roof. Finally, after years of poor patching by others, I can now rest calmly when I hear the rain, knowing that there won't be leaks throughout the house.

I was so scared of finding someone to do my roof for various reasons, the cost being the first and secondly it being done correctly. I shopped around for a while and received quotes from at least 6 different companies. I decided to go with Lapje because of the professionalism. Response was prompt, contract was correct and when i had questions they were answered. After signing the contract i was very amazed at how professional the staff was everyday when showing up to my home. Lapje for me was heaven sent. I'm very thankful to have found a wonderful contractor with great staff. I was so pleased, i asked if they new any general contractors for my next project. I would highly recommend Lapje to anyone, they have the best work ethic.

Initial contact: Lapje was doing a roof for a neighbor a few houses from me. We spoke with Juan to get an estimate. Juan is one of the nicest contractors I've met and extremely patient. He dropped off material samples and completed layers. When we had additional questions, he came out on a Sunday morning to meet with us and explain the work/process he uses, how he would lay down layer.

Work and project: Juan and his team are on time prompt, they arrive at the stated time ready to work each day. His team are also as nice as courteous as Juan. They take extremely good care to keep our property as well as our neighbors clean and dust free. Our yard was tarped and covered as well as our neighbors'. Even another neighbor a few houses over complimented on how clean and respectful Lapje is. They are meticulous in their tear-off process. I've had competitors do other roofs and with old tar and gravel roof, being in the house is like being a hail storm with the gravel falling through the roof sheathing and above the ceiling. Lapje is different, they get as much of the gravel and loose material off the roof first then, tear off the old roof, felt paper and shingles. After the old roof was completely removed, they started to lay down the new roof and shingles. Work was started before Labor Day weekend, and because he wasn't working over the weekend (much deserved break) they took precautions to seal and weather tight the roof before leaving for the holiday weekend. Juan also replaced our gutters with seamless/continuous gutters and skylines (along with roof jacks and chimney vents).

Lapje is the roofing company I'll be using going forward. Glad to be first to review them. :)
