I was referred to Mr. Zoucha via Harvey Ziff. First, they are both excellent and professional attorneys. Professionally, Joe knows the law. He is professional, informative and REAL. Personally, he is compassionate, giving and cares. You can't get better qualities in an attorney in my opinion. He is currently handling my personal injury case and is giving me advice on a family law matter. He is an all inclusive attorney that I highly recommend!

I hired JRZ for my child custody and support case once my ex and I split up. I was in a desperate need of a lawyer who was quite experienced in Family law and that's where I found him recommended on Google! I was able to speak with him on the phone briefly how he could help my case and a few days later sat me down for a consultation. I was in a bad spot with the law prior to this and we both understood that. He was able to help me evaluate my situation realistically and reasonably without unrealistic expectations which I appreciated. In court he fought hard for me and kept me updated with everything going on. My child's father and I are now on good terms and no longer need his services. But it was great while it lasted!

I cannot speak highly enough of Joe Zoucha. Joe was instrumental in protecting my children and me from a truly horrific situation. He was not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and supportive. He treated me like family and went above and beyond to ensure our safety and well-being. Mr Zoucha is one of the most down to earth, honest lawyer I have.ever known. I have used his services for family and business issues and he is professional,honest, cares about his clients,will explain everything so you can understand it. He is awesome. if you need a family lawyer he is your man.

I contacted to Joseph for a consultation and he was very responsive. I'm not sure about the other reviews but my experience with Joseph was pleasant. Unfortunately, due to conflict of interest I could not hire Joseph but he was responsive and provided good feedback for me to better understand my case.

Old and slow. Don't trust him. He did a lot of mistakes in my divorce case. He does not answer calls and text messages. Only emails that will prolong the process. He used inappropriate words to embarrass you. He will not educate you in any law terms that he will use. He will take your money and leave you hanging especially if you are not aware of the law language. He will not reply to you on time. I am glad I fired him. He will waste your time in his personal life and short emails not regarding your case. He will not advocate you. I will not recommend him as your attorney. Do not fall in his bait.

I did not want to write this review. I retained Joseph for my divorce which started simple but grew into a full dispute. The entire time I worked with Joseph, he refused to explain any of the demands I received or even work with me on a strategy. Instead, he complained to me that emails with questions on my case, to my retained attorney (him), were 'too much' and he was too busy to answer. In fact, he did almost nothing for my case other than charge me 3500 before I fired him. He wanted me to fire him, saying I sent more emails than any other client. Joseph's main case load is personal injury, so I should have known he did not actually care about my case. and he is a troglodyte... still works with paper files. I could not even get him to download my Personal Disclosure, which he did not bother to read or guide me on, from Google Drive.
I had to retain another attorney, which cost me thousands of dollars just to catch a new attorney up to speed.
He never answered my questions. The reason I am writing this now is because I just discovered he failed to file my updated forms in the last 2 months that I had him as my attorney. The case has taken a year and cost me another 15k, much of which could have been avoided if he simply did his job.
He left me high and dry, charged me for doing nothing, and caused me financial harm. Do not engage him for anything. He is the worst attorney I have ever worked with.

Save your time and money on this lawyer, other comments are correct, he is not reliable, unresponsive and rude. I paid him for a consultation plus 1 hour fee and that was the end of it. A month later I email him and ask about the case status his reply was "NO" that's it.

Joseph is unreliable, unresponsive, when he responds he is extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. He has extremely delayed timelines. He forgets where he is with your case, which leads me to thinking his documentation is extremely disorganized, and he is also stretched too thin. You can never get him to do what he promises to do in the time that he promises. He never fails to let you know that other clients' cases take priority. I strongly suggest that you continue your search for other lawyers because with Joseph, a process that normally takes 3 months with other lawyers takes 9 months with Joseph.

This lawyer is the worst lawyer I have ever worked with. He is handling my divorce case and he is unresponsive. When he does respond after months of silence, he is ver snappish, unprofessional and rude. He has a million excuses why he is behind and expects you to wait until he gets to you. Please don't waste your time.
