LC Real Rooter & Plumbing

Had a backup on a Sunday afternoon. LC Real Rooter called me back and was here within the hour. This is my second job with Luis, the first was a real plumbing job, new pipes, through a wall etc. LC Real Rooter was superb in each one. I don't try to search for the lowest cost when I need a plumber, and I have never regretted hiring Luis and LC Real Rooter

Quick communication and great service by Luis! We had issues with our garbage disposal and he was able to come the next morning after we requested service and was able to replace it at the same time. Would recommend! Thanks again!

Luis recently came to my home to help with a clogged kitchen sink. We had another larger company come out the day before and they didn't fix our problem. The next day Luis was on time, professional, and fixed the clog within 20 minutes. He also fixed a pipe that the previous company had cracked. Luis will be out go to plumber from now on

The company was very responsive to my multiple requests and addressed my problem at a reasonable price. They were easy to work with and I felt good about the work they did. They will be added to my list of contractors to use in the future.

I was quite upset when I tried to get some water out of the kitchen faucet, only to have the handle move with no friction... and no water! I immediately headed for Yelp to find a few places that could handle the problem as quickly as possible. Luis was the first to respond, and the only one letting me know that he could be there in about an hour.

He arrived on time, took a look at the situation, and brought in a replacement faucet. He also changed the shutoff valves, which were old and would probably not survive the change!

Within about 45 minutes, we had a new faucet, tested, installed and ready to go. His prices were reasonable and he was quick and clean. Could not have wanted anything better!

I was in need to get a service done since my sewer was leaking. Luis was quick to get back to me with a quote and after finishing with other Job he was able to come and fixed my problem. He did a great job and was really friendly.

Had a leak in my water main valve. Contacted some businesses on Yelp and Luis was the only one to give a straightforward estimate. He was able to come out the next day (with about 15 minutes notice!) and did a great job at a fair price. Also did a couple extra things that needed doing and gave me some good advice.

Extremely pleased with the response time and professionalism of Luis. He changed an angle stop under the sink that was leaking. I like that he kept me up to date on his arrival time and happened to be available on very short notice.

I highly recommend Luis.

Luis was prompt and professional. We needed help with a clogged drain and he fixed it quickly. We will definitely call him again should the need arise.
