Our motorhome roof blew off in the bad weather we had in February. We had made vacation plans to go away and we needed our RV fixed as soon as possible. We took our RV to Leale's. They have a large shop with a great crew who works at Leale's. Babette went above and beyond to secure the materials needed to do the roof replacement. My wife and I are extremely happy with the great work done by Leale' s RV. They replaced the entire roof with a brand new roof. It looks fabulous. They also washed the outside and cleaned the inside. Everything looked better than new. We were able to go on our vacation as planned and Leale's performed above my expectations their staff were very helpful so I'm giving them the best rating.

Daniel, we appreciate your post but are not clear about your concern. We did receive the first insurance check installment for the roof repair. I’ve spoken to your wife several times explaining that roof jobs take time and materials that must be ordered, and we cannot work on the roof until we receive the materials which are expected later this week at the earliest. We have actually accelerated our process for you, but were never able to promise a specific finish date. It seems that I should speak to you and your wife together to make sure all expectations are clear. I just spoke to your wife by phone and she will set up a call for the three of us.
Apr 29, 2023Previous reviewOur first time taking our Rv to leals it a big place it was recommended by a close friend the service department is ran by a man named Salvio very accommodating unfortunately ther two departments and he suggested the body shop is what we needed it's ran by a person named Babet she informed us that we are in good hands and that the repairs would be done as they receive payments from our insurance hopefully be before our annual trip I'm hoping so ,,,,they have over 6k of our mony I'll keep the viewers advised stay tuned I apologize for the earlier for the review I didn't get all the info correctly let's stay positive fingers crossed

I needed someone to assist me with my House boat as well my brother Preacher and activist in church and other organizations, I regret paying this young boy in advance ( I assumed since we're such a close community that I would have no worries and trusted him. I came unexpectedly to my boat / future home and discovered him as well as another female whom has a lot of associations with him BOTH passed out with his arm "tied" off ( realizing he was not only NOT doing the work I paid for ) but he used my house as a place to squat and continues to this day to avoid and hide from me . I HIGHLY recommend NOT using any of his services, My brother pastor Ed here in Stockton have both been victims of the scams . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND atleast savings yourself from the troubles we have at this point just taken as a loss , beware of the individual as well the positive comments and ratings are from individuals he requested to "put a review" on his services . He and his friend are both nefarious deceitful and ultimately scam artist !

Carol C.San Jose, CA0152Sep 21, 2023Use to be able to purchase parts at this location. Now if you go in they cannot//will not help in anyway. We ve lived in a 2013 5th Wheel 10 yrs, so we know how to do repairs, etc.. So asking a simple "where can we find this part?" Answer "the entire light fixture must be replced"! NIot, true and pls do I do not appreciate being talked down to.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and competent customer service!

I've taken my RV to Leales for oil changes, brake lights, generator repair, etc. and service has been fantastic! See Michael. He explains clearly what is needed and then keeps you informed. Prices are reasonable. My visits have all been within the last year and I've noticed many positive changes.

I took my RV in for repair of the generator and to look at all systems for a comprehensive inspection. $2200 later I departed and my generator failed to start. In addition, my furnace now no longer worked. I contacted Leale's and was passed around after disagreeing on having to pay an amount ( to be determined) to fix my generator properly( it needed a filter for the gas replaced) which was not changed while there, instead they changed the oil filter.
It's an unscrupulous operation with second rate diagnosis/testing and maintenance, but I will say that management is very talented in ignoring customer complaints for non performance.
Word to the wise : Go Farther Down The Road to someplace reputable or you'll wish you had!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
