Les Schwab Tire Center

I've just finished writing this complementary letter to the Les Schwab headquarters in Bend, Oregon:

Well, they've done it again! I'm writing this just to let you know that your 830 W. Imola, Napa, CA location continues to amaze me. This time, I found myself with a flat-as-a-pancake left rear wheel tire. I was sure the tire was a goner (no nail, but a gash). Of course, I took the tire to your Napa location, and once again, your team patched it up in no time. They removed the emergency spare tire and installed the fixed tire in a few hours. And, as usual, the repair cost was zilch!

This letter isn't long enough to discuss the number of times I've had to bring in a tire for repair (usually a nail puncture). I've honestly lost count! And, each time the service was provided free of charge. Yes, I had purchased this set of tires at your Napa location. Because of your exemplary customer service, I had long ago vowed to buy any new tires exclusively at Les Schwab.

Kudos again to your Napa team!

I showed up the Monday morning following a major holiday with a nail in a tire on my camper van. Diego scheduled the work and I was back on the road an hour and a half later with my wallet no lighter after a complimentary flat fix that included taking the wounded tire off the spare carrier, patching it, removing the spare from the rear axle, mounting the repaired tire, and putting the spare back on the spare carrier. Excellent work! I'll be back when I need tires.

If only I had taken the time to learn the young person's name(with blueish hair color) who greeted me promptly, with an awesome smile and friendly can-do attitude. Emmanuel was the serice tech who repaired my tire and also gets 5 stars from me. Thank you both for turning a super rainy bummer into a super rainy happy.

I normally go to Americas tires for my tires but they had trouble fitting the right tires to my van, so I went over to Les Swab, no big line, had a great set of American made name brand tires in stock ! Fantastic!
They even do a process where they add tread groves to the tires to make them have better traction! I received great service and it was near my gym so I got a great workout in while they installed my new tires!

It's time for me to try another tire store. This is three times in a row I've had problems here. For years the service was great. It started with lug nuts being over-tightened (from the airgun) as identified by my long time mechanic and has generally degenerated to the longest wait times I've ever had. I'm basically frustrated after getting a 2 to 2.5 hour estimate and coming back to find it hadn't even been started. Maybe my expectations are out of line but it's not the place it used to be and I'm ready to find out if there is better.

Don't go here, these guys have no idea what they're doing and if I didn't know any better they would have lied someone into paying $1000 for nothing. I went in to get an alignment done and they came back saying my steering rack went bad and they couldn't do it ‍ told them what they're doing wrong but they wouldn't even try it. Called B&G and they took me right in no questions, and would you believe it?! My alignment was perfectly done in 30min. I should have just went to B&G in the first place. Locally owned and years of experience.

Being a tire shop, and still scratching wheels to put them on is crazy. Just had my tires replaced and told them to please take their time and not to rush the job. I have a very expensive set a wheels on and were hoping they take my ask into consideration. I get my car back and boom. Scratches... Hate that car shops can fuck up on your car, and say they're not liable for anything. Do your fucking job better or higher better people. Will not be coming back.

We have been coming here for years for all of our tires and brakes. We have had many vehicles and each time we are very happy with the service. I feel that this place is honest and professional. Today I brought in my Jeep for a tire repair.
The customer service was excellent. They came out to my car when I pulled up
And checked me in then explained how long it would take. I left and ran some errands. I came back and the technician told me what he did and said I'm all good. I love this place.

Got 4 new tires on my BMW, great value and an 80,000 mile warranty. Mike, the mechanic, brought my car up and rang up my tires and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. It is amazing nowadays, how we notice the rare event of a smile and great service...both, you get at Les Schwab in Napa, my new tire store.
