Rosa just cut my hair and my bf can't stop complimenting me. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. Good conversationalist. Efficient.

Loved the ambiance of the salon. Clean, cool temps, calming, fresh air from opened front door, the natural sunshine was welcomed in, no chemical smells, not cluttered or noisy, good sized salon--not big and crowded.

Roza is my girl. She's absolutely amazing. Her cuts, colors and personality are 10/10. I've been coming to her for 17 years. I love her. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed and your hair will look beautiful.

Good service, stylist did well. It's easy to find but hard to park as it's located at roadside.

This is the second time I've gone in there with a partial idea of what I want, and Peggy always delivers the results I love!! I've gone to so many different stylist over the years and it is so nice having a go to. For this cut, I chopped off more than 18" of my length...which is always very scary to do, but her confidence of just "doing it" made me feel at ease. Thanks Peggy! (I attached photos of my first color and cut, and then the most recent one after the color grew out and I chopped it all off)

My good friend highly recommended her stylist, Roza, since I was looking for a new hairdresser. I was thrilled by the local location and promptly booked a a hair color and cut. I consistently cover my grays and I was definitely due for a refresh. Roza is personable, bubbly, and made me look fabulous within two hours. I'm looking forward to supportign a great local business.

Irene is amazing. I had the bright idea to "lighten" my own hair, which turned into a disaster. What was I thinking!!! Luckily Irene made room for me and took care of business. She is a great listener and makes sure to walk you through the process. A million thanks.

tldr: Stylist Marcela, $46 with groupon, not including tip. Soothing scalp and deep conditioning treatment, Wonderful Dolly layers and styling. Healthier Shinier hair. Bad bangs.

Marcela did a wonderful job on my hair by adding long layers, giving me a trim, and a scalp treatment with deep conditioning.

I had the groupon so I paid $46 and tipped which I think was a fantastic deal.

The best part of this haircut was definitely the scalp treatment. As a very anxious person when it comes to my beauty treatments, I really like when I am told what is happening to me. Marcela talked it all out ! She explained the shampoo, the hair mask, why I was smelling peppermint - I really appreciated this extra communication.

My only upset was at the end with my bangs. There was a point when my bangs looked perfect ! but then Marcela kept cutting upwards to create a wispy effect. I should have told her initially not to do this because I know that this wispy style looks terrible on me. Everytime I try to get my bangs cut professionally, it never turns out well. I wanted to get a haircut to fix my bangs but unfortunately this did not happen. I wanted a smooth curved side bangs, not a wispy one with jagged/ ridged edges which I received.

However, for this price I think the whole treatment went well and I definitely think Marcela is a very kind lady who knows how to cut layers and style hair. I actually love the length of my hair and the styling effect. I love how my hair (besides my bangs) look super dolly. My hair is shiny and feels healthier and lighter.

Marcela took her time and she was very sweet throughout the treatment. I would recommend her but make sure you tell her when to stop if things look good already.

I love Level 5 Salon is full of beautiful people all the hairstylist are Awesome!!!! The salon has so much Positive Energy from the minute you walk in. Everyone is so friendly, profesional I highly recommended.
