Lexus of Concord

I had came to test drive a car here and was greeted by a salesman named Moustafa. He was very kind and inviting and really made me feel welcomed. After the test drive I decided that I would like more time to think about it and possibly check out other cars. So I took his card and went home, however the next day I realized that I did want that car and called Moustafa up to try and make the sale. Moustafa wasn't actually working that day but he took time out of his day off just to sell me the car. It meant a lot that he would do that and I believe that shows a lot to his character. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car here because they are very kind, respectful, and they value your time.

As my prior reviews suggest, I have experienced a broad spectrum of customer service at Concord of Lexus. This five-star review is solely for my experience working with Randi and Eva when buying and financing my RX (see my prior five-star review for buying an NX, my two-star review regarding how ownership is running the location, as well as my one-star review for the horrible experience financing the NX with Ali).

Randi
Having already worked with Randi when purchasing the NX, I knew there was no other salesperson I wanted to work with when purchasing the RX. While I knew I wanted an RX, I was undecided as to exterior/interior colors, trim, and options...so, pretty much everything. Randi was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. There was absolutely no pressure or sleazy sales tactics. Which, as a woman purchasing solo, I especially appreciate. I went on multiple test drives: the RX, the RXh, the RXh+, with and without panoramic roof, with and without HUD, advanced park, etc. (you get the idea), and each time Randi comprehensively answered all my questions. In between the numerous test drives, I would also text or email Randi with questions, concerns, etc., and each time, Randi promptly, happily, and thoroughly answered. Finally, after months of debating and researching, I knew what I wanted and informed Randi. Unfortunately, there was a curveball: I wanted the RXh+ with advanced park; however, at the time (this was late 2023 for a 2024) Lexus had yet to ship an RXh+ with advanced park to the west coast, and there was no timeline as to when Lexus would start shipping. In fact, when putting in my order for the RXh+, there was not an advanced park option for Randi to select. Nevertheless, Randi worked some magic and was able to put in a customized order for an RXh+ with advanced park. Now, it was just a waiting game for Lexus to pull my order, assemble my car, and ship it to California. It took a few months, and at times I was debating to just forgo waiting and buy one without advanced park, but I stuck with it and am so glad I did as I love my car. Bi-weekly, Randi would keep me apprised of the car's status. Finally, Lexus pulled the order, at which point Randi began giving me weekly to eventually daily updates to the car's status. There is nothing like seeing a screenshot of the timeline of your car's assembly and delivery. Of course, when the car arrived, I was out of town for work. However, Randi made sure it was not taken on a test drive or under trees while awaiting my arrival, and he would even text me photos of the car on the lot. When I was finally able to pick up my car, the car was washed, charged, red bow accessorized, and ready for the multiple photo-ops Randi graciously endured as the photographer. From first walking into Lexus of Concord to driving the car off the lot, working with Randi was an absolutely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend working with Randi if you are interested in a Lexus.

I opted to lease the RXh+ for the lease cash deal, then purchase outright after the required four monthly payments. When it was time to do the financing, I was able to work with Eva from the very beginning, which was night and day compared to when I was first assigned to another person for financing the NX. From the very start, I knew I was in good hands. Eva handed me an iPad that allowed me to see every warranty available, as well as the various terms offered per warranty, and the total cost when adding or declining a warranty. She answered all my questions thoroughly and satisfactorily - and I had a lot of questions. I was able to see what the payment would be without any warranties, and then go from there. This transparency was not offered to me originally when financing the NX with another person in finance. Then, in an additional step of transparency, Eva voluntarily moved her computer screen to show me what she was seeing on her end. With Eva, I never felt that I was being deceived or enduring dubious sales tactics. In fact, Eva was so forthright, she informed me when she thought a warranty was superfluous, which I greatly appreciated. Eva is competent, transparent, helpful, and forthright, and any customer that works with Eva is in good hands. If you are not assigned to Eva in finance, ask to be reassigned to Eva. You will be glad you did, believe me.

Should you decide to take your business to Lexus of Concord, I highly recommend requesting Randi as your salesperson and Eva as your finance person to ensure a great buying experience.

Came in and was quickly helped by Lea who handled a Test Drive for us, answered all of our questions, and helped us purchase a new car.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and they really knew the ins and outs of the car and the paperwork.

We bought bought a NX350 at Lexus of Concord. We were able to reserve the car while it was in production, and able to get the car and options that we wanted. Through it all Kiel was very professional and helpful. He took the time to explain all of the details of the car and of the purchase. Highly recommend Kiel. He made the process easy.

Had a really awesome experience purchasing Lexus ES 300h and Lexus NX 350h with our salesman Kiel and our finance manager Basir.

We were greeted by Kiel as we walked through the door right on time for our 10am appointment. Since we had already negotiated the price through text beforehand, Kiel walked us into our office and got us started on the paperwork. As we were signing, we mentioned that we preferred to test drive first.

During the test drive, Kiel was very personable and gave us an overview of the different features of each car. He also did not hesitate to elaborate on any details that we inquired about, as well as address any concerns we might have had about this car from any previous research or experiences.

Once we got back to the office, we wrapped up the paperwork and were sent to the finance manager's office. I appreciate the conciseness of the process. There was only a mention of some add-ons, but when we declined, we moved on quickly.

Basir was clearly very familiar with the paperwork, and explained to us very concisely each item we would be signing. He was also enthusiastic about the policies that he recommended, there were 4 total. We were on the fence about a couple of the policies, and we asked detailed questions about these two policies. Basir answered every question in detail until we were informed enough to make our decision; it was probably about two hours of back and forth. After negotiation, we ultimately went with 3 policies.

Finally, Kiel was helpful in getting us set up with the lexus app as well as integrating mobile devices onto our new lexuses.

Overall, the experience was fantastic. It's clear that Kiel and Basir really know their stuff, and were able to deliver us the cars we wanted, at the price we wanted, and gave us a really great car buying experience to boot. Would highly recommend!

I recently purchases a Lexus UX 300h. I had done a little research and knew this was the car I wanted. I usually keep my cars for a long time. In fact my previous car was a 2007 Honda CR-V so I wanted something that would last a long time. My brother had recommended Lexus and so I checked the website. Via the online portal I was connected with Kiel Busler. This process took about a month and a half between emails, text messages, phone calls and finally a visit to check out the car. Kiel has the patience of a saint. The process took so long because I was out of the country for a while but Kiel still stayed connected during my travel. Once I finally made it to the dealership Kiel showed me the car that I wanted and we went on a test drive. Kiel suggested that we test drive another car in my price range just to see my different options. So glad he suggested that. I still ended up with the car that I wanted. Kiel walked me through next steps in the process and went through all the details of the car.

I am so happy with my new car!
