I went in for a chip repair, the gentleman who helped me was very polite and helpful, the process was quick and easy so I was out of there in a few minute, I'm definitely coming back for future repairs

My car was involved in an accident and had a windshield crack within days of each other. I took my vehicle to a body shop who could not work with my insurance company's glass administrator, Safelite, to get my bumper repaired and my windshield replaced at the same time. I allowed Safelite to refer me to an authorized glass repair shop in my area when they referred me to Liberty Auto Glass. They sent over the assignment to the shop. Within a day, I received a call from Pete who scheduled me for a Saturday appointment. Before we scheduled the appointment, I made sure they could calibrate my sensors which they easily were about to do. I was thankful to be able to be seen on a Saturday since I work a typical 9-5 schedule.

I came in on 5/4 at 10am to drop my car off for windshield replacement. Linda greeted me and walked me through the whole process with ease. She has a way of talking to customers and her smile immediately relaxed me since I've never had to deal with a glass claim. I was instructed to drive my car around the side of the building so they could get started on the work.

Pete came out to greet me and to do a walk around of my car. He pointed out minor dings and scratches that I knew were already there. Some people may have been offended by it, but I loved that he did that so that way we both understand what my car looked like before and after the work was completed. He also suggested I replace my windshield wipers, which I agreed to.

I left for about 3 hours when I received a text from Linda notifying me that my car was done and to come get it by 3:30. I picked up my car, paid my deductible and went on my way. Everyone was so friendly.

The housing piece of my windshield unfortunately came off a few days after they installed the windshield. I called Linda to notify her of what happened. She displayed empathy and professionalism when I brought up my minor concern. I was assured that the work would be completed up to their standards. I didn't end up coming back until Juneteenth to get the piece attached to my windshield. I mean it's been over a month at this point but Linda recognized me immediately and sprung into action. I thought I was going to have to explain myself again but I didn't have to. My car was fixed within 20 minutes of me being there.

Both Linda and Pete were extremely apologetic, empathetic and professional. Both of them let me know that if I have any issues, to come back to let them fix it. I put my full trust in Liberty Auto Glass. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to go to Liberty Auto For Glass if they need glass replacement. They do top notch work and have legendary customer service!

Stop searching, this is the only place you need to repair or replace your windshield. They are the fastest, best priced, most responsive, and friendliest team around.

Most auto repair places make it seem like it's a burden to help people, Liberty takes pride in what they do and they don't try and gouge you on price or make your life difficult.

I created a project on Yelp to find the best provider to replace my windshield from a rock that started as a star but spread (never again will I drive bring or even next to a big box truck!) The entire process from start to finish was exceptional! The owner, Pete, messaged me very promptly and offered a great deal so I called my insurance provider right away. They reached out to them literally the same day and someone from Liberty Auto Glass called me, same day as well, and scheduled my windshield replacement.

All of this happened literally in a week and now my windshield is back and better than ever! I'm so happy with Liberty Auto Glass and the amazing service I received for an unfortunate situation that I thought may take up more time than anticipated.

I contacted this company on a referral from my friend when I woke up to a cracked windshield. I messaged here on Yelp and had a response almost instantly. I was provided a quote and told to call the office to schedule. The office employee is so kind, helpful, and communicative. I was able to get booked for the same day at a price lower than competitors. They were all so professional and helpful, I will recommend them again and again!

Quality is always good, I hate to say it but I had a few cracked windshields, fist the Corolla, then Scion XD, and now the chipped windshield on the Model Y. I was informed that the sooner the chip is repaired the better. Linda was great at giving me the pointers. Now I have another windshield that I will bring with the other chipped windshield.

The service is great and on all occasions I was able to wait while the work is being done.

Looked up places on a whim because a car we recently purchased had major cracks in the windshield. I messaged multiple companies on a Sunday. They were the first company to reach out to me. Advised I'd shop around for prices & contact them back. They weren't bitter & said if you find a lower price, they'd price match. Which I loved! Their prices were the lowest out of multiple companies I called. Their 5 stars on their Yelp profile doesn't tell no lies! Also like that they're verified & licensed. It's a reputable shop. I was able to schedule an appointment the following day. The owner was able to work with my busy schedule on a last minutes notice. When I arrived they immediately got me in & started working on it, no wait times for other customers.

What I loved the most was how they identified faults on the vehicle before beginning work on it! That was icing on the cake. They wanted to ensure the customer knew of the faults prior to work so they are not held liable. Even when they missed something, they called me to the back to tell me of another fault.

The business itself was easy to find. Plenty of parking to leave the car. Big waiting room with multiple chairs. I was sitting outside on the steps & Linda brought a chair out for me to sit on. Linda herself was amazing! So sweet, kind, & accommodating. She was professional, communicative, & courteous! The entire staff was friendly. They were very responsive via text. I got picked up & requested they text me when the car was done. When the job was finished they gave me a 20min notice saying the car was ready in 20mins & provided me with the hours of operations to ensure I knew of their closing time.

If you're looking for windshield replacement or auto glass needs, THIS IS THE PLACE! God forbid I'll need the service again, but if I ever do, they have a returning customer. I will definitely be recommending to family & friends!

Called in the day before and they were able to see me the next morning. They told me it would take about an hour and a half, and it took a little under an hour, which was great! Everybody was super friendly and their price is hard to beat. Arguably the best part is that they vacuumed my front and passenger seat floors!
