I contacted Sergio first on Yelp to schedule a first visit. Responding was slow and when he suggested a few times for the first visit and I replied back, I didn't get any more responses. But then he politely let me know that he was busy with other projects so I scheduled another time after calling his number. He showed up on time, visited the backyard and told me he will send me his estimate for initial cleaning and maintenance via email. I didn't hear back and I followed up once. Still have not heard back after few weeks and I got ghosted...
Looks like Sergio is too busy to take new customers.

Very late review but finally remember to write one! Sergio and his team are great and super responsive! I've used their services twice and would want to have a more regular cadence with them. However, we don't have a big yard and just happen to not need gardening every 2 weeks.

When we first moved in, it was a mess; all the weeds were super overgrown that it masked all the beautiful succulents and plants. Sergio and his team tirelessly cleaned up both the front yard and the little garden in the path and it was a complete 180. They did such a good job that it maintained itself for another 6 months before we called for their services again.

Would highly recommend and will likely call them again when our yard needs another rework.

Sergio and his team went above and beyond to make our yard beautiful on short notice for an upcoming event with friends in our backyard. Thank you again Sergio and team! Definitely will re hire!

It was a pleasure working with Life Gardens. Planning tree removal and trimming for four of our large trees was easy and we scheduled the work for less than one week out and the work was done in less than a day.

We have narrow access points for the tree work and yet Sergio and his team had no problem removing the trees. The team also made mulch from the excess, spread it in our garden area, as well as saved us some for fire wood.

We will work with Life Gardens again in the future.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Sergio, the owner, provided excellent customer service - super polite, patient, friendly, and helpful in figuring out exactly what needed to be done - and his workers did absolutely perfect work. We hired them to remove an embarrassing overgrowth of weeds all around our house and now I don't think you could find a weed anywhere with a magnifying glass. They also trimmed some overgrown plants for us, and were done with all of this in ~4 hours. Best of all, their rate was WAY less than I expected. You can't go wrong with these people!

I had to take over our family home that had a front yard, a side yard and backyard that had been neglected for many years. We had a large two story tree near the sidewalk, and three other trees that apparently needed to be removed right away and it was way over due. Not to mention, tons of other landscape work, including weed & debris removal, and a major One Time Clean Up in order to get the property up to the normal maintenance level. The work was enough to keep a crew busy for a week, but Sergio and his crew did it in 2 Days! My neighbors and I were immensely impressed with how fast they completed the job and how much nicer everything looked in such a short time.

When looking for a Landscape & Garden Maintenance company on Yelp, I contacted over 8 companies with good reviews. Not only did Sergio impress me with his knowledge and passion when he came to our home to inspect it, but his estimate was also the most reasonably priced one of all! And after seeing his crew work, I am so glad that I chose Life Gardens to be our landscape company and so will you!

The service is very pricey, but I wanted to good good service, since my last gardener was $#!t too. Life Gardens started off good, however their service deteriorated to point of useless! They let dead leaves build up around the house and decks, which triggered a bug infestation. I had to get Orkin's out several times to get rid of it!

But the dead leaves, which should have been blown away every 2 weeks, but wasn't, created a nice little habitat for these bugs, which could have been prevented if this @$$-brain of a gardener had of done this job right!

I had a property that needed a lot of landscaping maintenance in Redwood Shores. I interviewed five companies in the area. Sergio from Life Gardens came out and gave me a quote. His communication was excellent and we scheduled the work.
The crew arrived on time and I was greeted by Eduardo. Him and his crew did an amazing job and cleanup was beyond my expectations. I was so pleased that I signed up for their bi-weekly service.

Life Gardens did a wonderful job on our yard! We moved in four years ago. We basically neglected our garden, did not do anything to it and turned all the sprinklers off. Lots of overgrown shrubs, trees, weeds and dead leaves and dead plants everywhere, all on a steep slope. Sergio and his crew cleared, cleaned and pruned and did some small tree removals all in one day, and everything now looks better than I could have imagined. They found some really nice plants buried in all the overgrowth and plant matter, preserved/pruned them, and then come springtime grew beautiful flowers. Getting the quote was very straightforward. I specified what I wanted but they also gave their expertise on what to do with plants I was unfamiliar with. Would definitely hire them again for future yard jobs. Thanks Life Gardens!

Sergio and his team did a remarkable job cleaning up our front and back yard. It was quite a mess from having been neglected for some time. His crew was efficient and made the space into much more usable space in a matter of a few hours. Sergio is very responsible to email, provided a quote for the work, and kept us within budget. His crew also cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the work that his crew did for us.
