Lilian’s House Cleaning

Lilian is very responsive via text or phone. She has a very professional team who are courteous and really work well together. Two rooms of my elderly parents' condo needed a pretty deep cleaning. Lilian's team of three ladies moved things around to clean all available surfaces and put everything back just fine. The bathroom looks spotless. My dad said it never looked so clean.

After using cleaning services throughout the years, I can without a doubt say that Lilian & team has provided the BEST cleaning I've ever seen.

Quick & efficient in work (2BR1BA took around 2.5hrs)

Windows looked like I could fall right out of them

Lillian came over to quote one day and her team came in and cleaned exactly what we discussed the following week.
They were all professional, thorough and quick. They brought all the necessary equipment, took out our trash and recycling and were a great value.

They deep cleaned a bathroom and did a surface clean of my kitchen, and appliances.

I'm overall highly satisfied and love to support women owned businesses! Several methods of payment accepted and less than 2 hours for the clean.

Do yourself a favor and find someone else!! Colossal waste of text exchanges and time.

Lilian sends ladies. She called me at 1:17 to tell me the ladies were here. I did not answer as I was on a work call.

She said no problem, they would wait until the scheduled 2pm apt...

They showed up to my building, directly outside my door and sat on the neighbors stairs. I am on the first level next to the stairs.

My door and windows were opened, so I had to leave my meeting to shut them and return to my call. They were talking loudly with no respect to myself or my neighbors working.

Instead of instructing them to go back to their car (they apparently were dropped off) they moved to the side of the building.

She did not instruct them to come back at 2pm, as a professional service would do.

VERY hard to communicate with and her ladies speak no English, as I was taking my trash out after 2pm and they were STILL sitting on the side of the building after Lilian said "they have returned."

Save yourself the time...find someone reliable.

wow! Exceptional customer service and quality cleaning! I hired Lillian's team to clean our condo, and the entire process of scheduling, arriving, cleaning, and payment was a breeze! There were 3 employees which was great since the job could get done quicker which helps considering I have 2 small children. The cleaners were very kind and asked questions if needed. I was so impressed with how lillian handled everything so professionally. A couple of notes:

1) you can text lillian directly to book or ask questions
2) venmo or cash payment options
3) some of the staff do not speak fluent English but you can always text or ask Lillian if she is there which is great!

Overall- highly recommend for your home or office cleaning needs!
