Little Red's Automotive Collision

I've had the misfortune of having my car damaged twice in the short span of the last five months. Luckily Little Red's body shop was there to help. They do great work and Gus is exceedingly pleasant to deal with. Gus also liberally gives steep discounts for additional work not covered by insurance companies.

There are plenty of body shops out there that do shoddy work because they are not properly trained, they don't prep the surface properly prior to painting, or they don't have the proper tools and machinery, but Little Red's body isn't one of those shops. Little Red's does excellent work.

I don't ever look forward to having my car damaged, but if a mishap were to happen, I would always use Little Red's. I highly recommend this body shop.

They did an amazing f job on the car and made my wife's care look like new. The quality of the service is amazing.

Came here to get an estimate on a dent in my car I told the guy I was still looking around , I just wanted an estimate so I can compare he took all the pictures and he automatically says I'll send it in to insurance so we can get started on it right away, the estimate won't be the same depending on if we find something else that needs work , I re informed him I was only there for a quote so give me the quote he says ok I'll email it to you vs just printing it up right then and there , I said ok and left 2 days go by and still no email so I called again for someone to answer the phone and say oh he's going to send it right now wats your insurance and email , I re give them my email and almost a month later and damage is repaired no thanks to them and still no email lol .

Gus and Cesar always take great care of my truck and have exceeded my expectations in quality customer service! I have now done business with them 3 times in the last 2 years and my husband and I are always happy with their work!

After an encounter with a Deer that damaged my SUV I did not hesitate to call Little Red's. They repaired my daughter's car a few years ago and did such a great job that I just drove over immediately after the accident. Cesar immediately said I could leave it with them and they would work with my insurance. Gus did an excellent job working with the insurance company and getting my SUV back to its original state. He kept me informed along the way and provided great customer service. I picked up my SUV yesterday and it feels like nothing ever happened. Thank you Gus and Cesar

I just had my second vehicle repaired by Little Red's. Gus had it done on time and even did extra work to the body outside the claim to make it look better . It's an older truck with a lot of dings and I'm really impressed with the results . Would highly recommend this shop .

This place was recommended by Allstate during the few minutes I was there as they were looking at my vehicle for repairs to past Customers came in. Both with complaints of the work not being done satisfactory. This definitely made me think twice about leaving my vehicle in the hands of the shop.

Gus was incredible! My tire blew out nearby, and I walked in to Gus' shop and asked him for help changing the tire. He doesn't do tire changes, but instead he and his team helped us pump up our (previously deflated) spare and get to a tire shop---free of charge. This is an upstanding and ethical person who has that old-school hospitality and customer care.

I will come back! He's a great and trustworthy guy.

I am beyond grateful for the service I received at Little Red's Automotive! The staff was so helpful and friendly during the entire process.
Cesar was there early to take my vehicle, and I was given updates through text letting me know when my car was scheduled to be picked up.
Gus was kind enough to stay after closing to finish up the paperwork to release my car, so I could get it a day earlier than scheduled!
My car ended up looking better than before it was in the accident! They even took the time to detail the inside and out!

I chose this spot to get my car fixed. Picked up everything seem to be fine. Turns out the tail light was a bit off. I came in to fix and they are fixing it as I type. The issue isn't that. The issue was that when I was telling the owner the issue he quickly called Cesar to fix it and walked off leaving me with my words in my mouth. I wasn't done telling him about the issue because he only let me talk about the tail light being off and didn't let me finish when I was about to tell him that the bumper wasn't aligned either. When it's Pay time he can be very "funny and even nice" but as soon as you need something fixed he's very rude.

Fantastic! This was my second time using Little Red's Automotive. The staff was friendly, honest and helpful. The repairs came out perfect and the jobs were completed on time. Highly recommend.
