They did an excellent job cleaning/fixing our clogged kitchen sink! Almost immediately after we requested a quote, we got a reply from Duy N. with an up-front quote. We accepted and he sent a team of 2 that arrived at our house within 20 minutes. Now that is prompt service! They are very professional and explained ahead of time what they are planning to do and completed the job within an hour. Our sink is working great again. They also showed us how to perform periodic task to keep the drain clean. We would strongly recommend this company for your plumping needs.

Picture this: it's Sunday afternoon. Your water has been shutoff for 2 hours while trying to replace a leaky stop valve. Your wife is getting upset because she can't use the restroom since the main water valve has been shutoff.

I can't figure out what's going on, so end up calling Local Rooter & Plumbing. They squeeze me in for a last minute appointment after finishing up their last job.

Duy and Quang were able to quickly identify the problem. It turns out that I had overtightened on the compression ring on the stop-valve so much that I deformed the copper water supply line. They had to to cut and extend the water supply line. It costed a bit more than the original quote but was worth every dollar.

I highly recommend them and will use them again. Also special shout-out to them for taking off their shoes as soon as they entered my place.

Had several problems around the house including water leaking into the bathroom vanity, our garbage disposal not working, and us wanting a quote for changing our water heater.

Jaime came to meet me and hands down is one of the most honest, hard working, and humble dudes I have ever met. He professionally assessed each problem and took the time to explain what he thought was going on or what the problem was and best of all, his help and advice was not centered on how much money they could make but what was best for us. They charged me $650 to not fix the problem. My kitchen and bathroom were backing up and they tried to have me schedule another $250 session the next day to run a camera. I called $15 Sewer and Drain and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes and only charged me $15! Don't trust this place! I'm angry!

At 9 pm to run a snake they charge $605. Be careful guys

Both of our bathrooms backed up and my tenants had JUST moved in. I called around frantically trying to find a plumber at 12:30AM on a holiday weekend and Duy answered and was out at the property within 30 min.! He's fairly priced and transparent. He was very communicative throughout the process. He wasn't able to clear the line so he didn't charge fr work and not even for the emergency call because I contracted him to return fr additional necessary work. Duy and team provide fantastic service. Reached out to him first about 7 years ago to address an emergency situation with sewer backup late in the night. He addressed it promptly, ran diagnostics the next day to find tree roots, cleared those out, installed clean out, etc - all at reasonable costs and high quality of service. He provides estimates with various choices and works with you to understand your short term and longer term needs. And provides appropriate recommendations. I called at 8:30am on a Monday morning due to a backed up kitchen sink drain from grease, they asked me to text my address and quoted me a service technician could show up that day between 3-5pm. Communication was very prompt for being the day after Christmas, Jamie and his apprentice arrived in the window and snaked the drain in about 45 minutes. Jamie also recommended some enzyme additives to prevent this from happening in the future.

Duey helped diagnose the problem and informed me that two guys would need to use a pressure tool to fix it the next day.
