I am writing this to commend the Lockworks Unlimited team. I was originally recommended by my mechanic in Redwood City who had worked with them many times. They did a good job of rekeying the programmable key for the car and were very understanding about discussing various aspects of the service that needed to be discussed. Professional team and shop!

Fantastic service. Julian and Jason are great. Easy in, easy out -- they get the job done quickly. They are communicative via email and will provide you with an accurate quote in advance. Price is completely reasonable. These guys know what they are doing -- come here if you don't want to waste any time or money.

I don't write reviews often but I've used this company for years now and every time, I am blown away by how professional and reasonably priced they are. I needed to replace my lock since I lost my keys. They advised to just rekey the lock rather than replacing the lock entirely because it would be cheaper. I was able to get a same-day appointment. They showed up on-time with everything ready to go. It is a small business and I will come to them every time for my lock needs.

Needed to get a smart lock rekeyed before I installed it so that it would match other keys in the house. I messaged a few places through Yelp and they all quoted me big installation fees and fees to just drive out. Messaged Lockworks Unlimited through their website and they quickly got back and said they could do it in their store for way less. Drove over and was in and out in five minutes and completed the rest of the install on my own.

I am blown away how professional and reasonably priced they are.

I locked my miata main key in a trunk and I cannot open the trunk with a vallet key. The person made a miata main key copy with a vallet key in a minute.

Before I visited this place, I called a dealership and I was informed that the first available slot is coming Tuesday. Then I stopped by a national hardware store and it was even hard to explain that I have only vallet key and I cannot open a trunk with this valley key and I need a main key.

I came into Lockworks Unlimited in need of a new key for my 2005 scion tc. My current key shell was cracked & broken. It was holding on by duck tape. Jason, took great care of me! We had some Fobs programmed today and we couldn't have been happier with the service. Each and every employee was fabulous and so fast at doing the job. I would highly recommend them. Horrible place to go. I couldn't get my money back for a key that didn't work. Recommend going to a different location.
