This car wash deserves more than 5 stars!

They always do a great job, but this week they surprised me. I had new windshield wipers waiting to be installed, and when I left after my was, they had already replaced them for me! Unexpected (as I only discovered this fact 2 days later) and so appreciated. The best car wash in Logan Square, hands down.

I recently had my Toyota RAV 4 detailed here. It was in a desperate need of deep cleaning. I dropped at 8 and picked up at 1:30. My expectations were reasonable being I knew I had stains in the interior. I was so pleasantly surprised at the outcome it was like my baby was brand new!!!! I had wanted to sell it and now I feel like she's new again. Thank you so much for the excellent service. I'll be back

Terrific clean and well meaning experience. I am picky and my car met expectations. I had engine cleaned as well.

Wow! Got the exterior car wash and interior detailing, and the car was just like brand new. We have a toddler so our car went through a lot. Love it!!!!! The price is very priced also.

I was teetering between a 3 or 4 star review, but I was satisfied with the end result of the situation. Initially, an interior detail was requested ($140) with a $10 exterior wash. In total, $150 service. The reason the car was brought in for an interior detail was because it had a rodent issue after the car sat for an extended period of time. The car was riddled with rodent droppings and nest insulation. As you can imagine, there was also a strong odor. The car was dropped off at 8am and it an 11am pickup was estimated. They called around 9:45am for pickup. It was claimed the shop was slow, so many guys worked on the cars at the same time. At a quick glance, everything looked okay upon pickup. There was a chewed up and leaking water bottle that was asked to be disposed of on site. There was still an odor, but the car was driven off. A few hours later, a closer inspection revealed very POOR quality service. In the trunk, there was a basket (used for keeping car supplies) that was filled with rat droppings and other remnants of the rat(s). In the glove compartment, similar remnants were found as well. Both the glove box and trunk were specifically requested to be looked at, so it was disappointing that these two areas were clearly neglected.The odor also became very overwhelming. A call to the shop was made and I was told I would receive a call from the manager on the same day or latest next day. A call was never received and I had to call the shop back. This is where I was connected to Dean. I explained my situation and he asked me to bring the car back in.

Long story short, they did a much better job the second time around. I could tell they were much more attentive this time. The car also smelled much better.

My advice would be to carefully document areas you want addressed and to check that it's up to your standards before you leave the shop. Dean and Carlos were kind enough to address my concerns after the car had already left the shop.

I love this car wash. Super fast, super efficient, and pays attention to details. A complete hand car wash. Great quality. I have gotten lucky the multiple times I have been here and there was no line, random days of the week, but without a doubt once I'm in the lines piles up behind me ha. Excellent for interior cleans especially getting the salt and snow nastiness off. Always streak free. Will come again and again. $22 for the best wash and excellent deal for the quality! Plus snacks inside.

Supreme Car Wash was awesome! Car was nice & shiny after going through the wash. Very fast, took under 45 minutes during a rush (Friday lunchtime). Noticed rush ended around 1:30 pm, so will keep that in mind for next time!!

I'll round up to two stars bc the person answering the phone was responsive and they DID ultimately let me in but literally had to argue to get my car washed...

I called on Saturday at 6:30pm because Google said they closed at 7. The person answering the phone said they were open and there was no wait. I told him I was on my way. I arrived at 6:40pm and literally as I was turning into the drive, a worker placed a cone in front of my car to stop me. There were three cars inside being actively washed, with no others waiting.

I rolled down my window and advised him I just called and the man said I could come. He said he was just a worker and couldn't help me. He then closed the garage door. I called back and talked to the same worker, who was very polite, and he said he would call the shop. Another worker, while on the phone, walked up to the garage door looked right at me and then walked away. The person answering the phone then called back and said he told the worker and the worker said no one was parked out front. I explained that I literally saw him look right at me and I was the only car PARKED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. He called the shop again and then they finally let me in.

I pulled up and they started the exterior wash and I went inside to pay. The man who pretended not to see me then gave me an attitude about not having cash, when there was a CC machine and no indication they wanted cash... he said he wanted cash to pay the workers for "staying late for me." Mind you, at this time, it was still only 6:50 and that's bc I had to wait for them to call back and forth and let me in.

Now I should've known at this point that they weren't going to do a good job but on principle since I now spent half an hour of my Saturday on this experience, I wanted my car washed.

Drove home and realized they literally didn't get any of the dirt off. They also smudged my arm rest, steering wheel and door with some oily substance.

I'm used to post-pandemic bs customer service in Chicago but this was a new low. Unfortunate bc I was really looking to find a "regular" car wash in the area.

This place is fabulous! I brought my car in for detailing and they did a marvelous job. I had a Groupon and didn't know I was supposed to tell them when I called to make the appointment. I told them when I came to pick up my car and they were very nice about it. Excellent customer service. Dennis rocks!
