Loi Auto Electric

This is to recommend Loi Auto Electric to those needing light work done on their vehicles, including auto A/C as was my case. I'm making this recommendation as a new customer, but before this, he was recommended to me by another mechanic (Art's Automotive), and that was on Wednesday. In view of the upcoming heat wave, all A/C shops were booked to the weekend, Art's included, one even saying booked up to June. When I called, Loi just asked me to bring my car to his private garage at 11 the next morning (yesterday). It was situated in a quiet and well treed residential area, nice enough to entice me to take a stroll while waiting. The garage itself is neat, clean and well organized, inside and out, with framed certificates and licenses hanging on a wall. The atmosphere was mom-&-pop and relaxed, instead of the impersonal hustle-bustle of larger shops. Loi was friendly and easy to talk to, with none of the air of a condescending boss I've seen elsewhere. A couple of friendly neighbours walking by stopped to exchange casual greetings. Obviously, he is liked, respected and trusted in his community. When the work is done and the A/C was blowing cold, he verbally mentioned a six-month warranty free of charge. There was nothing in writing, but I trust him at his word.

Had a great experience with Loi, he'll tell you what you can get away with so you can keep it cheap. I prefer to get my problems totally fixed and he was definately there for me. He really knows his stuff which was easy to see. No BS. He fixed my air-con and said it has a 6 month warranty. We both laughed as November is approaching and he extended the warranty til September. Wish all my auto repair experiences were as good.
P.S. He found some faulty wiring done by another mechanic and replaced it. It was an easy fix but he didn't charge me, can't beat that.

Just got home from having my AC fixed in my car where I was so happy with Loi that I had to write my review immediately! I couldn't be more impressed than I am with the services I received! He is an honest hard working guy who knows what he's doing and does it well!! Both Loi & his son in-law worked on my car which required a little more than a re-fresh. Seems someone had disconnected the compressor under the car so after the refresh it should have worked but still wasn't blowing cold air. He was quick to find this problem and under the car to reattach where in the end my AC was running perfectly! Son in-law a pretty nice guy too! So very friendly! I can without a doubt whatsoever, highly recommend Loi Auto Electric!! Reasonably priced as well. Thank -you Loi!!!!!!! : )
