Jeremy is all about the work. From his first response to my casual online inquiry he made me aware that he was ACTIVELY looking for the (very) specific car that I wanted. He updated me frequently via email and text. He's been in the business a long time and will honestly let you know the odds for and the odds against getting what you want. But at no time does he say " give up" When I changed my mind about things, no hassle. When my funds weren't ready for the first deal he found, no hassle. And then he found another one for me.
He helped me purchase a car long distance and walked me through every step. He was available by phone after hours while I was signing with the notary. When the first trucking company flaked, Jeremy worked the phones tirelessly to get my car to me that same weekend. And he covered the additional expense to " apologize for the inconvenience ". Over which he really had no control. He even delayed some personal time off in order to be there when my car was delivered.

Jeremy immediately came back with a reply telling me he will contact dealers to get the best deal and said he will contact me the next day. He did exactly that and got me the deal I'm happy with.
