I was in Berkeley for a day long university activity with my child on a SUNDAY. I didn't even bring my wallet as usual. I only carry one credit card in my phone. I charged my phone in the car bringing my car battery down. When the parking garage personnel told me he doesn't know any closeby workshop, Lopez was a god send for me. Lucky for me I found him on yelp. He came in 10 mins. While I was more worried about how to pay him as I didn't have cash or ATM card, he only worries about getting me back on the road. So reliable and trustworthy. I literally felt like he is a big brother to me and I'm safe. What a gem. He even offered me to come back anytime that day if battery goes down again. Great human being. Reliable, friendly, and prompt! Gustavo responded right away and was to my car in less than 30 mins - before 8am. He was careful and thorough loading up my car and communicated with me the whole time. Towed my car all the way from Oakland to Walnut creek and dropped at a repair shop (even dropped off my keys for me!) with no issues. Would definitely use again.

Excellent and experienced towing service. I had a very difficult tow when all my tires were stolen on a weekend evening. I had already been denied a tow from AAA. Lopez came, loaded, and unloaded the car late into the evening and did his best to minimize any damage. He's been in the business for 20+ years, so he knows the local auto shops. I'd recommend his service to anyone.
