Excellent service. Best tow service I have ever received. Driver was fast & very professional! I honestly would give more stars if I could!!

This is one of the best Towing companies I've worked with!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Yesterday, my BMW broke down on me and I called and got Luis.. He gave me a very good price just to TOW my car back to my house.. Giovanni That towed my car went above and beyond to help me, and I would definitely use this company again!!! These guys are the best if you're looking for integrity and honesty, this is the place to come to.. Thanks guys!!

My car needed a tow and I went through what seemed to be a third party service that would contact tow companies such as this. Regardless of my experience with that third party service, my experience with Loural Towing was excellent. I will say I waited a long time, but I blame that on the third party service.

The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. I have actually contacted two towing companies previously and they were unable to tow the car since it could not be put in neutral. The technician that came for the tow actually figured out how to start the car (newer car, required some additional inputs during jump start). The previous two towing companies didn't know how to do this.

I ended up getting the car towed and the overall experience was pleasant in a stressful situation. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. Immediately picked up my call, says he'll call me back in an hour with a time. Calls me 15 min later, said his guy was nearby, 15-20 min away. Guy shows up, gets my car on the truck, delivered to the shop less than 30 min later, and all for a shockingly reasonable price. Definitely will use them again.

The driver helped to get the car out of the garage, which is on a slope and load it on his flatbed truck.

He was able to take credit cards, which is a huge bonus coz I never carry cash.

Called them at 8:30 am and the guys was at home around 9:am to pick up the car.

Friendly service. Very responsive on the phone. Had two flat tires so needed a flatbed. Luis was great at providing an explanation and set expectations on how he needed to move my car onto the flatbed. Will definitely use them again if I need a tow.

I'm impressed! Left work late tonight and decided to pick up Chinese food for dinner. Unfortunately, when I came out with my food- my car would not start. Called one tow company, they gave me a quote of 45 min only to call me back 40 min later to tell me I was pushed down on priority and it would be a minimum of 1 hour longer. Enough about them.

Called Loural and they arrived in 20min! Super friendly, ready to get my car and get me on my way. I am so pleased to have found this company. Hopefully I won't be needing their service anytime soon! But if someone in the area does, I will be sure to refer refer refer!!!

I used Loural Towing twice.

My car broke on the street in the evening, and Loural Towing came on top during the quick Internet search.

Luis picked up the phone, asked for location, quoted reasonable price and less than an hour later my car was in my garage. The driver Manu was top notch: fit my car in a 2 car garage with another car already in, tight space to maneuver, and being on slop.

Needing to tow the car to a repair shop, I used Loural again without any hesitation. Second time I had some communication hiccups: I called in advance, agreed on specific time and then ... crickets .... Luckily I was at home and not in a hurry but still was nervous because I had an appointment at the repair shop. Later than the agreed time, Luis called back and sent another top notch driver Manuel. It was roughly 45 min later.... To be fair, there was someone to speak with when I called but I prefer a tow truck at the agreed time +/-.
I will use Loural again if needed. Wish there was a 4.5 star, I would have selected it :) but Loural definitely deserves more than 4 :) Thank you!

Great company!! Highly recommend!! Called Able Towing first with a 3 hour wait and charging me $175, then called Loural Towing, 30 minute wait and only charged me $75!
Enrique the driver was polite and helpful. It's crazy how some tow companies charge. I wonder how they figure out rates? I called another tow company and they were charging $120, all companies were in the same area.

Here's my story:
I get done with my smog check and get into my van to find that the brake pedal is really low. I hop out to check and the smog tech says, "hey do you have a fluid leak?" as he noticed a puddle on the floor of his shop where he was testing my van. He helps me check the front wheels and sure enough one of my brake lines had busted. At least it didn't happen while I was in the road.

I call AAA and they send a tow truck. As soon as the guy pulls up he tells me he CAN'T tow my van. "Its been modified, It's too low" then he calls AAA and they confirm they can't tow me. WTF this never happened before. ALL my vehicles are lowered and older, that's why I pay for AAA!!! I'll have to call AAA and gripe about my experience later. The tow truck guy says he can't even call one of his flatbed trucks to come help. F him I immediately look on yelp and call another towing company. A guy from another company answers and tells me they cant help me either...wow.

I call Loural Towing next, tell them my situation and without hesitation sends a flatbed truck out to me. Loural's guy pulls up looks at my van, says its kinda low, but hooks it up onto the bed with no scraping what so ever. Just as I thought. A quick drive later and he drops my van and I home without a problem.

Quick, courteous, responsive, professional, hard working and going above and beyond to help people stuck in a jam is what Loural Towing is unlike the other 2 companies whom I wont even mention. Next time I call AAA I'm going to request Loural... Next and every time after that I need a towing service I'll call them first.
