I have been taking my vehicle to lou's car care for years , very knowledgeable service staff and great mechanics they know how to diagnose and fix cars the right way plus they have a 24 months parts and labor warranty, highly recommended this repair shop

When I lived in Baldwinsville about 6 years ago, I found Lou's Car Care and have stuck with them even after moving to Liverpool! I don't know a lot about cars and can sometimes feel intimidated or that I'm being taken advantage of when I bring my car somewhere for service, but I don't feel that way at all with Lou's!

Their service is quick and top notch! They send a very detailed vehicle report with photos of your car in real time. The report lets you know if there is anything that requires immediate attention and offers suggestions based on manufacturing recommendations. However, I have never felt pressured to add additional services!

Overall I would highly recommend Lou's Car Care if you are looking for a reliable place to bring your car!

Very professional. For those in tune with technology, they have extensive appointments online, photos of car issues or not. My inspection included multiple photos of items passing inspection along with services they recommend etc. comforting to know what should be attended to. No pressure to perform these services either.

All I needed this time was an oil change. In and out within 30 mins. Received a text shortly thereafter with results of the courtesy check. It alerted me to schedule an appointment next month for NYS inspection. The courtesy check now includes photos of your car and various items checked. Great use of technology!

I've been doing business with Lou's for a good ten years now and to sum up the service: IT IS THE BEST!

Troubleshooted my car problems very quickly, kept me informed, and were very professional.

I'm not really the type to leave a review (I think this is like the fourth review I've ever done) but the experience at Lou's was so exemplary, I wanted to encourage others to do the same. Buying a car can be so fraught and confusing. We have purchased our family cars from craigslist in the past just to avoid the hassle of anxiety-inducing, over-eager (or downright dishonest) salesman and the price gouging that often occurs at dealerships.

From the very beginning, Lou was utterly kind, welcoming, patient, professional and prepared - no detail was overlooked. He went miles above and beyond what I ever expected in a car buying experience - dare I say it was actually enjoyable? In the first draft of this review I started to write some of the many ways that he exceeded our expectations, but the review was beginning to turn into a novel so I had to do some editing.

For those looking for a great value, look no further than Lou's. Not only was the price better than anywhere else we'd seen, the car was in better shape (they immaculately detailed it inside and out TWICE) and had been through more rigorous evaluations in their service department than you would find at any dealership (and certainly any private sale). It was obvious to us that this family business places a much higher value on their place in the community and having happy customers than making a quick buck. Just look at all the other positive reviews (I know we did prior to checking them out).

Great location. When I arrived the staff was friendly and the shop was very clean. I look forward to my next visit. This place definitely sets a new standard for the automotive industry.

Could not be more disappointed in this garage. Broke down on I90 and was pressured into using them by my AAA insurance. They replaced a serpentine belt and an air conditioning compressor and it ran me $2500 bucks. Yet the moment I pulled off the lot I still had no air and now a ticking in the engine that wasnt there when I brought it in but of course "they didnt do it" so after trying to get it back in I drive an hour and a half to have to sit in their waiting room all day due to their lack of loaner cars only for their "warenteed work" to cost me $120 and for them to tell me to scrap my car after I had already had the $2500 worth of work put in by them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Steer clear!

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Lou. Hands down the best car dealership around. Both times we have purchased vehicles from Lou it was an easy, pressure free, no hassle process. I bought a vehicle from another dealership recently and felt pressured and rushed the entire time, had I known how much Lou is willing to work with you to get you into the right vehicle for you I would have never shopped anywhere else. We will never buy a car anywhere else again. If you need a reliable, beautiful car for a reasonable price, look no further.
