Love 2 Fix

Anthony (owner of Love 2 Fix) is an absolute GEM of a business owner/salesman/technician/repair specialist/customer service agent. Six months ago, I could not get my Samsung A52 to transfer data (specifically, photos) to my PC, via the USB Type C cable. I wasn't sure if it was the cable, my computer's USB ports or something within the phone. I found Love2Fix online and at 8:30 PM on a Sunday, around the holidays even... I went there expecting it to be closed. It was open and Anthony listened to me, then took the phone and ran some diagnostic tests. He came back and told me he was pretty sure it was a small microchip and that he would have to order it and make the repair. I expressed my concern about it being something other than the chip and the price getting out of hand. He told me he was 95% certain it was that chip and that it would cost no more than $100.00-$125.00 but turn around time would be at least a week. I agreed and left my phone with him. Three days later, he called to tell me that he'd gotten the part, repaired the phone and it was ready to be picked up. When I got to the shop and asked him what I owed him, he said, "The part wasn't as much as expected and it went in pretty easy so $75.00." I was prepared to pay $125.00 (the higher end of what he quoted me earlier) and I would have gladly paid that. What kind of repair shop quotes you a price range and then AFTER doing the work, charges you $25.00-$50.00 UNDER the original quote? An HONEST one... I told him how much I appreciated his service and honesty. When he handed me my phone back, the case was missing and I asked him about it. He apologized and said he would order a new replacement. Two days later, he called to let me know it was in. I picked it up and he said, "Sorry about that." Then, he put a new screen protector on my phone free of charge! I was ecstatic. I am a business owner in sales also and I treat my customers exactly how Anthony treated me. I told him I would definitely be writing a glowing review for him as well as giving him future business and referrals. I procrastinated... and then, a few days ago, my phone again had USB connectivity issues. I thought it might be the cable but it worked intermittently so I wasn't sure. I took it down and Anthony confirmed it was the USB cable. I asked if he had one for sale. He said no but that he could sell me a used one for $5. He also said if it didn't work to just come back and he'd swap me another one I bought the cable, thanked him and promised I would leave him a positive review. So this is it. THANK YOU SIR-ANTHONY... for absolutely coming through for me... for your integrity and honesty... for charging me less than I expected to pay... for fixing my phone way faster than promised... If I or any of my friends have future cell phone issues, You 'Da MAN I'll be calling!

All I can say is, I am very happy with my purchase at Love 2 Fix.

To give some background info, my iPhone 14 needed to be fixed due to a shattered back.
It was late at night when I had the chance to look at techs in the area. I requested a quote at Love 2 Fix around 10:30ish PM and I was able to speak to someone within a matter of minutes!

I was quoted a very affordable rate. At first I was skeptical because a lot of places aren't honest and the person who I spoke to whose name is Anthony, assured me that there weren't any hidden fees.

He proceeded to ask what color was my phone and once I told him that my phone color was purple he explained that he wouldn't have the color purple iPhone back till later in the week. Due to how badly damaged my phone was I needed the back of the iPhone to be replaced immediately. Anthony was very understanding of my need and even suggested that I can choose the color white to better match the rest of my iPhone.

Once I met with him in person the next day, he was very nice, met me with a smile and allowed me to feel comfortable knowing that he was going to hold my phone for the next 30-40 minutes. I didn't feel any bad intentions from him nor did I feel skeptical so I continued with handing over my phone, signed a paper with my name and phone number and left for the next hour.

I came back about an hour later and Anthony showed me his work on my phone. I was so pleased and content with my phone replacement. It looks brand new, as if no damage has occurred. I've gone to another tech in the Arden Arcade area across Trader Joe's in a small shopping center and was quoted way more than what I was quoted by Anthony.

All in all because of his quick response time, AFFORDABLE pricing, good customer service and great work I recommend yelp readers to go to Anthony at Love 2 Fix for any broken or damaged electronics. Truly, exceptional service.

Had a USB port needing to be soldered onto a antenna board. Great and fast service. A+ service. Will visit again if I have any other like issues.

Its never fun when you roll a dumbbell on your phone at the gym, but I'm glad that Love2Fix is around for a quick screen replacement. Anthony replaced the screen on my phone while I waited.

Took my daughters iPhone 13 in today she had a shattered front screen and it literally took 15 min to fix. Very nice very helpful Will most definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you

I brought my youngest daughters iPad in there because she had smashed the screen. The price was very reasonable, they said they would have it done that evening but unfortunately the replacement part wasn't quite up to par so they ended up having it for me the next day which I was totally OK with. Very friendly and knowledgeable guys. Unfortunately my daughter has already broken the screen again so I'm gonna have to go back, do you guys offer toddler insurance? Lol

So expedient. And helpful assessment. Could've gone ahead, followed my lead and charged me for new iPhone speaker..
Instead I was shown how to remove prob in phone settings. No charge

Before I post my story here, android advocates please don't judge me. I set up a device without adding a secondary email or phone number since I was trying to rush through the process. I also forgot my screen PIN. The device was purchased used from BestBuy and they refused to take it back, without even me trying to reach the transaction counter. They advised I go to UbreakiFix as it's the Samsung Authorized repair store. They wanted $100 to bypass Google lock and Samsung screen lock. I tried everything at home and even contacted Samsung a few times, provided them my receipt and information. Multiple factory resets didn't help either. This gentleman unlocked - wiped my phone for $60. He was done within 12-15 minutes.

Fast and friendly service. Thought I needed to replace the USB c port on my phone, but it just needed to be cleaned. He could've swindled me and had me pay for a repair, but he was honest, and I like that. I'll definitely be coming back for any phone repairs in the future.

Great customer service. Keeps you informed. Personable and respectful. Quoted a price and stuck to it. No surprises. I actually drove past for computer repair shops to get to them because they were the only ones to give me a reasonable return of my device. Dropped out off and picked it up in the same day. I'll return to this business menu time too. Very satisfied.
