Loyal Towing

Just recently had to get my car towed to get the back drivers tire changed out due to it being flat. The service I got from these guys was FAST and super reliable. They get in and get out and get the job done. I highly recommend these guys!

I called my insurance company for ERS assistance for a flat tire. Luckily I was at home and was able to wait the eta of one hour. Not only did they not show up on time, the guy who came couldn't take one of my lug nuts off and stripped it. Then he said I would have to call my insurance for company and service change from flat tire to a tow service. I got on the phone right away only for him to say he had another call for a tow and as soon as he was done he would come back but that he would text me to make sure I was good to go with my insurance company. Not only did he strip my lug nut, he left, never got a call back and took zero accountability. If you want a bigger problem then what you already having please give this company a call. They will make sure you waste your time AND damage your vehicle !

Very disappointed with Loyal towing. Contacted and talked with the manger name Rose. She agreed to tow my car in 3 days with a specified driver. This is a high end car. When I called her on the day we agreed on she acted like we had not made any plans. I had delayed any other plans to have the car towed because I was relying on Rose's word.
I also learned from AAA they have a reputation of taking the tow request then not showing up for hours after the call.
Do not trust what they say.

This company tried to overcharge me to tow my car a half a mile . When I stated that was an unreasonable price , but I will pay and can I speak to your manager the representative hung the phone up in my face . I called the company over 30x just to be sent to the voicemail , i had numerous of people call and she stated she will not help anyone in that area because she thinks they are trying to help me . I spoke to the tow driver of that company that was in the parking lot about speaking to their manager , the tow truck man just laughed at me and drove away . This is the most horrible company to get a tow from . 08/11/24

Robert is an asset to Loyal towering! He was very caring about getting me and my truck home safely. My tow was an extended distance needing a flat bed tow taking place during rush hour traffic. He was prompt, friendly, and very professional! He responded in less time than I was quoted when I made the call.
From the moment he got there I was impressed. He was knowledgable and made me feel confident that everything was going to be okay. I hope that he is appreciated for all he does for the company and for the individuals he helps!

My GMC pickup with a 350 V8 oil filter came off Thursday April 13 about noon as Oil Changers in Oroville had installed the Incorrect Oil Filter (they installed one for a Geo Metro) it turns the last 2 times I took my truck in for an Oil Change. This time I was on my way to a 40 year reunion with some old 76 Refinery Co Workers as we were to meet up in Suisun. The filter came off on the medium traffic on Hwy 80 Westbound. Fortunately it did not cause an accident. The Loyal driver Aleksey helped take some of the Frustration off of the event. I was towed back to Oroville which is about 2 hours via tow truck from where we were. He was a Great Representation of Loyal Towing. These guys are Great. As of today now there is a ticking sound in the engine Thursday April 20. SEB

Not Loyal. They left a very pregnant on the side of the road.
I got a flat and originally got a 90 minute wait time for a tow truck. I didn't mind because it was rush hour, I understand they're busy. Then they pushed my pickup time another 30 minutes. After that 30 minutes they cancelled and I got put in a que for another tow truck company where I had to wait another hour. They should have cancelled well before the 90 minutes so I could get another tow truck.

I would give this establishment zero stars on the hiring process. Went in for an interview. Never heard a reply of getting the job or if I was declined. I have been to other tow companies and they reached out to me with the decision.

As far as company values, the owner seems like an A hole so I wouldn't have worked with them anyways. As an owner you should take pride in all ways not just company itself. Includes the employees and the customers.

States "loyal" towing. No where near that. I've been in the towing industry for a while and this is the worst. Let me pray for them and hope the best

These people were shady as hell. A woman on the phone claimed she was just a "dispatcher" when we called because the very small man was sent to pull our car out of a ditch from our car accident. We waited 1 hour for the car to eventually be brought back to the tow yard .04 mile away. We called and made our insurance claim. Our insurance told us to gather our belongings out of the car before leaving it. Back to the "dispatcher". She claimed Loyal Towing was closed and we would be charged $117.50 to come on the property to gather our belongings because no one was there. We said we were not going to pay something so ridiculous and we're driving back to our car where the struggling employee just could NOT get the car on the tow truck. Suddenly she opens the gate and tells us she would back down on the "fee". So she lied she WAS on the property! There was another employee who was working in the garage. She previously told us no one was there to go out and help the struggling employee who could NOT get the car on the truck. He finally showed up and we got our valuables and left. She even knew my bro had been in a terrible car accident. Never use "Loyal Towing". Shady. They made the day of a terrible car accident equally worse by how we were treated.
