My first time at this place and will not be my last! I have a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan and I went to the dealer which I knew would be more but I got quoted a ridiculous amount. I left there and went straight here to Lube Boys in San Lorenzo.

The person who helped me was Joe and I think his co-workers name is Leslie (I might be mistaken). They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and hella fast. I was seriously in and out of there super quick.

I got an oil change of synthetic oil, changed the oil filter, and also the air filter! And the price was waaaay cheaper than any other place I went to.

Great job to Joe and Leslie! Keep it up

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ACTUALLY, STAY AWAY FROM HERE. If you do get work done here and paid with a credit card, you should double check your charges because we got 2 charges on our credit card when we only had one receipt which had all the work, supposedly done, in one receipt.
I don't know what my husband was thinking of when he went here for an oil change. We only go to one reliable place for an oil change and we have a good mechanic that we trust. But sadly, he went here, to get an oil change. And just like the other reviewer, they said that he needs new brake pads. I would've never gotten his brakes done here and have taken it to our trusted mechanic. But they convinced him to get new brake pads and he got it. The charges with the oil change and the brake pads were over $500 and we are not even sure that the job was done properly.
The part that really got us was when I went online to pay our credit card bill. They made two charges on our credit card, one is for $500, and another for $88. We have the $500 receipt for the brakes and the oil change but we never received a receipt for what the $88 is for. This $88 charge on our credit card was not for other additional services as we didn't get anything else done. My husband went to their shop the very next day and he got the run around. He asked why he was charged another $88 and they said that "people make mistakes". He got there at 9:00am and was told that the person that can help him will be in at 10:00am. He came back at 10:00am and was told that the person in charge will not be in at 11:00am. My husband was super-pissed now and made a lot of noise. They finally gave his $88 in cash. He learned his lesson and will never go back here for any services what-so-ever.

This has been my go to place for oil changes since 2014 and I haven't had a problem with them yet. They are quick affordable and efficient. They check your fluids and brake pads to make sure you're good without pressuring you for a sale. They even vacuumed my car, filled up my washer fluid, cleaned my windows and put air in my tires! All complementary. That's rare these days. These guys are awesome!

I highly recommend this location. I'm so glad I came across this oil change place! I used to go to Jiffy Lube in San Lorenzo, and I did not have good experiences there. Thankfully here at Lube Boys in San Lorenzo, the mechanics are very knowledgeable, competent, friendly and most importantly quick with their work! I got my first oil change here years ago and after going through several vehicles, I've stayed loyal to this location! Again, I highly recommend this Lube Boys, they won't disappoint!

I had to get oil change, but a plate under my car was bent and they let me know and that also that there was a gab in between that if wider could have cause oil to leak onto a gasket and cause way more damage that would have been costly to fix; however since it was caught in time they fixed it made sure no gaps. They were great as well as taking care of my car with quick efficiency!

Great customer service here, been going here for years now. For this time around Charles was the one helping me with all the things that needs to get checked out with my car. Very informative and kind, I highly recommend Charles and the rest of the team at Lube Boy

These guys are right on top of everything! I went in to get an oil change for my cousins car and the price was very reasonable and fair. They were kind enough to check everything out and let me know other issues we didn't know were going on and I appreciate that. The guys worked fast and were very nice

Lube Boys 10 Min Oil Change is a great spot!

I take both my wife and my cars for oil changes here now since discovering them right before the Pandemic.

They offer fast service and I am usually out within the 10 minutes as advertised.

They are professional and make great recommendations such as what type of oil your car might need and other services especially you have an oldef car and are NEVER pushy with the upsell if you decline the services or recommendations.

I have always had great service and experiences coming here.

came to get an oil change only to have them lock my keys in the car and failed to retrieve them and left the door damaged.

This place lack of car mechanics knowledge. They hand me my car key after failure of my car's AC freon charge, I thought the service was done so I paid and left. I found out the air conditioning still warm within next block, I immediately drove back, Charlie told me may be something wrong with your air conditioning. I contact many other repair shops get the same answer. If failure of freon charge, I will have to pay $50 for the cost or free if I get the repair at same shop. So I went to other shop and got it repaired. I came back to lube boy inform the result hopefully get some credit or comfort. The owner turned his back on me and walked away. This is a bad business practice and bad attitude. So I think they should get a zero star on yelp.
