Luciano Concrete Construction

Luciano concrete is a household name in all things concrete. This company has been around for ages and have done great work for me personally many times. I own apartment building, a general construction company and I flip homes. I have used Luciano for every project I have done. If you are planning on a foundation, stamped concrete, a driveway or backyard patio or paver work, look no further than this company. Luciano and his son Steve are upfront and as honest as it gets.

Just this week I hired Luciano to do some concrete on my newly remodeled home in San Carlos. I honestly could not be more pleased with the outcome. From the first day they were here, the workers were respectful, clean, and worked their butts off.

I had a deadline to keep since my wife wants to have a party for 4th of July. I called to make an appointment on Monday last week and the project is done today(Saturday)

It's really hard these days to find a contractor who does what they say they are Gunna do. With this company, I never had to worry. Talk is cheap but these guys prove it with action and results.

I am just a happy customer of Luciano concrete and I really wanted to show my gratitude with this review. If you need concrete of any kind done I would really call these guys because you won't be disappointed.

We needed a large driveway replaced, and a big reason why was a large pine tree on one side of the driveway. Luciano's team worked hard and dug deep to take care of the tree's overgrown roots. We really appreciate the thoroughness of the job, and we couldn't be happier with the smooth, even driveway that they created after that. Thank you to all who helped. Luciano is an honest businessman with expert workers who are friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Luciano has just replaced our 50-year-old un-reinforced and cracked concrete driveway with a two toned stamped concrete that simulates ashlar masonry pavement with thin, regular joints between different sized rectangular stones.
The job began on the date promised and was completed in three days at the contracted and reasonable price. The crew then completely cleaned the site and later returned a few days later to selectively power wash off some of the secondary color to better resemble natural stone.
We are detail oriented and are completely satisfied with the results

Very happy with Luciano's crew work. Team removed old grass, hedge and bad concrete, installed drainage and poured new concrete 3 colors across ~4000 sq ft. We had some old tree stumps and roots all over. Their equipment easily removed these roots. Worked continuously for 3 weeks. Crew completed on time with great quality.

Luciano and his son Steven are doing a fantastic job in their concrete work. We are so glad to find them. His team is so hardworking and very trustworthy. They are the best concrete contractor I have ever met. Thanks Luciano and Steven !

I would not recommend this company as the quality of their work was not in my opinion good at all. They were referred to me by a general contractor that spoke highly of them. I tend to disagree based on the facts below.

Unable to restore my staircase to its original condition.
They ran short on cement during the pour and then mixed bags of cement to finish the job.
Less than a week later cement started cracking.

WOW! I could not be happier with the stamped concrete job that these guys performed.

We moved into a home, only to discover a few months in, that there was some pretty serious dry rot on our back decking. I loved the "Zen Garden" feel of our back yard with the decking. I was very reticent to go with stamped concrete, as I had seen many mediocre jobs that were not attractive. After getting quotes on decks, pavers and stamped concrete, Luciano came over to quote the job. His portfolio looked impressive in photos. He directed me to his website where there were more projects to look at. Finally his office gave me a list of jobs they had done that I could drive by to see their work in person. The work was all well done, and in a variety of stamps and colors. I was sold!

We went with a dark grey concrete with a 2'x 2' "tile" stamp. It turned out incredible. It looks like slate tile, and complements the Zen feel. I had originally chosen a "paver" looking stamp for the side yard path. Steve cautioned me against it, due to the angles in the path.... He was right on with his recommendation of a "textured rock-face" looking stamp. The project turned out fantastic.

Arturo was the foreman on the job. He was great to work with, making many asthetic decisions that were spot on, (ie. angles to follow, lining up the tile stamps, making "cuts" for expansion joints... It flows beautifully. These guys are true artists. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a concrete contractor.

I just wish that if I took time off work to show the job I want to have done, that would have the courtesy to tell me that he wasn't interested. Twice lied and said a quote would be coming.. nothing!
Probably better off not working with this flake!

Luciano replaced a driveway at an apartment I manage in Burlingame. They did a fantastic job. Great quality of work and very fast. Pleasure working with Steve and Gabby.

Luciano did such an awesome job in our backyard, removing all the old concrete and putting in new stamped concrete. He went above and beyond our expectations!!! It is so beautiful. I am just so impressed with all the work that his crew did, their friendliness, helpfulness and attention to every detail. And I am mostly impressed with the cleanup work everyday before they left. It was spotless!!!!! The quality of their work is exceptional! I would recommend them to anybody that needs concrete work!!!!
