Got referred to this service and he came quick! I had a clogged sink and he tried to use the snake to get it unclogged. Unfortunately their seemed to be corrosion or something because he couldn't get his auger past 3ft. He gave me a quote on what to do next and didn't even charge me for the rooter service since it wasn't unclogged. Really nice guy, very informative. I would recommend him.

Tony showed up on the scheduled date to take a look at a reoccurring problem, offered me some solutions, provided recommendations on the long term fixes, quoted me a VERY competitive price (significantly less than certain companies), and was able to get the job done same day. Amazing emergency job and absolutely outstanding service from Lucky Rooter. I messaged multiple businesses on Yelp after seeing all the bathrooms in my home were filled with nasty water even though they weren't used, and got a response almost instantaneously from Loi, and was on the phone with him ASAP and had Lucky rooting out here within 10 minutes --- ALL AT 9PM AT NIGHT, after Loi had planned to end his day. He knew what the issue was basically before he got here too! Much quicker than I imagined. I can't thank Loi enough for saving the day and helping diagnose a quick fix for our main sewer line clog, but still letting us know of what to do to prevent or fix down the line in the long term.

The guy with the cool hair. This is what my husband calls Tony. He is very good at what he does as well as stylish. Lol. We've used his services twice so far and have been very satisfied both times.

The first incident happened at our home on a Sunday night I believe. Powder room downstairs wouldn't flush and it was one of those messes you don't want anyone to see. Fortunately my husband remembered passing by a plumber's van when we drive home from the grocery store. We called Tony up and he was able to help us out of our jam. I don't remember exactly what was the issue, but he fixed it, but also told us that the pipe leading to the sewer needed to be fixed or repaired soon. We had him do it like a week later.

The second time I had my extended family call him because their kitchen sink wouldn't drain. He came out to inspect. Turns out that the main pipe that connected the sink and the washer was 80% clogged with calcium and other nasty stuff. He replaced the pipe in an hour and checked on the slow drains in the bathrooms as well (no extra charge).

Very nice, professional and reasonably priced. We will happily use his services again.

I requested service on Yelp on Thanksgiving and Loi responded right away saying he can stop by the next morning. I had a few small bathroom projects to: change the faucets, unclog a drain, fix our toilet and bathtub diverter. Loi came on time and gave an estimate, bought the materials (faucets, diverter, valve) the same day for me and came back the following day to complete the job!

I thought the price was fair and glad it comes with a year warranty for his work. He came back another time to install a drain cover, realized the whole thing needed replacing and helped me replace it the next day. I appreciated the quick turnaround because sometimes when contractors are busy, you have to wait a few days. Loi was friendly and easy to work with and I would definitely call him again if I have plumbing issues. Thank for the quick and easy service!

Quick, courteous, and very knowledgeable!

Kitchen sink went from draining slowly to completely blocked up. Loi was able to come out same day and get it fixed. He also took the time to explain common problems and what to expect. Not just the pipes under the sink but how they run under the house.

Tony was extremely helpful when we called him last minute for a water heater removal and installation. He was able to source a water heater and come to my home the same day and the quote was still extremely affordable.

He helped us understand why our water heater started leaking and provided us with how we can prolong our new one. He even helped us change our leaky hose spigot free of labor charge.

We contacted him again today about our dishwasher not draining. He recommended to have Home Depot/Lowe's install it for us to since installing with him would be more expensive. That speaks to his honesty and not just looking to make a buck.

He speaks Vietnamese which was extremely helpful when speaking to my mom. Funny story, we only found Tony's business because our dog shares the same name haha!

Having the problem with bathroom clogged, I called Lucky Plumbing and hour later Loi came to inspect the problem with free of charge.
After inspecting, Loi showed us the pictures taken from the old rusted ironclad pipes which caused the water clogged to the bathrooms in our house and gave us some suggestions and the estimate for the repair.
We went ahead had them repaired since it was a big repair job with reasonable quote.
The repair started very next day (since we needed it repaired ASAP). Surprisedly, Loi and his crew finished the repair quickly, professionally within the same day. We are very satisfied with the repair. I give Lucky Plumbing 5-Star rating and I'll strongly recommend Lucky Plumbing to anyone who's looking for the reliable, professional to resolve the plumbing problem.

Tony was incredibly helpful and responsive with my clogged plumbing issue that caused sewage to come back up into my tub. He rectified the issue with a short term solution and also came back to install a permanent fix under my house. Pricing was reasonable, but his customer service was really outstanding. I was able to text and call him easily and reached out to him recently for another issue I was having which he helped with quickly.

Tony is a trustworthy plumber who knows his stuff! He responds very quickly, does what he says he will do, and does a thorough job. I had him come out twice for two separate things. The first time to fix old leaky pipes in our garage so that we can do our laundry. He came back to make sure the copper pipes from the street matched the copper pipes of the house as a galvanized pipe previously connected them. I'm about to call him again to fix the pipes under our sink to get the dishwasher working again. We have a leaky house!
