Absolutely the best place to get a massage. The therapists are amazing. They are incredibly skilled at both therapeutic and relaxing massages. I try to get there once a week and always feel better after leaving. While all the therapists are great, I most often see Lulu. She's incredible and I highly recommend her. I can honestly say having lived all over the world that Lucky Day is the best massage spa I've ever come across. Great massages for a very fair price. Give it try. You will be hooked.

Nestled in an unassuming location along Mt. Diablo Blvd in Lafayette right off Highway 24, Lucky's Day Spa delivers consistently.

The decor is Asian-influenced and streamlined, and the rooms are always clean and pretty quiet even when the place is busy and soothing music is playing softly in the background.

Each of the masseuses is so pleasant and has the ability to apply a wide range of pressure in their massages, and can definitely provide a deep-tissue experience if you like. That includes offering to walk on your back and using hot stones, among other options.

Prices are competitive, they have been quite flexible to accommodate larger groups (3 or 4 at a time for us), and they open later than many other places. The owner is terrific and high engaged as well!

Last minute decision after our anniversary dinner and got lucky they were available! Wow wow.!!! Lulu was amazing and obviously knew what she was doing. All of my stress melted away and she worked out all the knots. We don't live nearby but we will make the trip out here again

I am a massage ho. My addicting began in Bali Indonesia 15 years ago. The girls there had the magic touch and ever since I been chasing the massage dragon.

I have caught the dragon a few times. This place has been my go-to for the longest though.

Recently I had a massage my Emily. She was actually quite great. She used her thumbs and fingers on my notes a lot which I love (feels deepest). Lulu is my dads go to. He's always like Omgosh she so strong. But Laura is MY Go-To. She's off on Thursday's but all of the girls are really truly fantastic that I will see any of them.

They know me fairly well know because I go so often.
What I also love is there is no language barrier.
It's very hard when you go places and you can't even communicate pain when they are bone, or whether you want it harder or not to work on certain areas.
They all speak English very well.

Pricing is very nice. It's pretty average with the inflation, 70$ for an hour.
I always tip at least 20$ no less. Massage is hard work... don't be stingy.
Learn empathy and put urself in these women's shoes! If they truly do a terrible job then fine... do as you wish but they have good prices for a reason. You could go to a nice salon pay 160$ for a massage and get a totally crappy massage... I know because I done it. Good places like this are hard to find.
I generally get deep tissue they know I like it really strong so I'm not sure how they are with other styles and can only speak on the deep strong massages so if your in need go here.

It may not be the fanciest, upscale place but sometimes the best food is found in dive bars!

What a gem! I decided to give this spa a try and I am so glad I did. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage for less than half of the cost that other more boutique places would have charged. I didn't feel rushed (despite getting there right in time) and I was able to easily schedule a convenient date and time in the phone days beforehand. The massage itself was probably one of the best I have ever had with free hot stone therapy. You are not going to get the environment amenities that more expensive places would offer but you will get one of the best massages ever. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Lucky's Day Spa. I've been going there for about a year. They are extremely skillful. They are great at deep tissue work, which I depend on because I have numerous fused vertebrae that causes extreme muscle tightness and pain. They are very personable and pay close attention to the needs of their client.

So "lucky" this place is down the street from me! The ladies are super nice and will always find time to get you in, but never feel rushed. I've had my share of deep tissue massages at fancier spas, but always just feel like I'm getting a pampered lotion rub. If you're looking for bathrobes, aromatherapy, and ambiance, this isn't it. If you're looking for a phenomenal massage and want to leave feeling less tight and immobile, go see Yo-Yo!

These ladies are just the very best! The place is not fancy but really clean. Very masterful Chinese style massage! My hubby and I go just about once a week and they always fix our pains and aches

Lulu, Yo-yo, and Laura are simply the best! We live 10 min away so come here all the time for amazing deep tissue massages, no frills but clean, awesome experience. I also love the hot stone massage that they include free of charge.

I would return on a daily basis if I could.

I love this place! The rooms and tables are clean and the ladies that work there are very nice. Those two things are really important to me.
I went in for a 1 hour massage and half way through I asked if I could add another hour because it felt so good. They said no problem and worked on me for two hours. Wow!
I had Emily who was amazing, thorough and super kind. She has very strong hands and a gentle touch. Awesome!
The first time I went there I under tipped Emily, I was so relaxed afterwards I wasn't thinking straight and didn't tip enough.
I plan on making it up to her in the future. She deserves a big tip from me!
