I don't usually step foot into jewelry stores unless I have something in mind but so glad I did because I saw their rilakkuma jewelry collection! She assisted me in purchasing a solid gold rilakkuma figurine and had everything ready in minutes. She also assisted my sister in finding a necklace and cross pendant and was so patient in making sure length, style, and color was everything she wanted. Lukfook Jewelry is my go-to place for Asian gold jewelry. Good design and good quality gold. Once you become a VIP with a one-time $3000+ purchase, going forward labor cost for all pieces are 50% off. No hassle to negotiate, and gold prices are posted on the board daily so you just pay the amount of gold you purchase by that price, plus labor cost and you're done. I don't like to play that negotiation game, because if you have to negotiate, that means the price upfront is not honest, then why waste time. You get what you pay for. Quality stuffs don't come cheap and I'm a firm believer on that.

I recently visited Luk Fook in preparation for my upcoming tea ceremony for my wedding. I had the pleasure of selecting my own gold bangles, and Luk Fook had exactly what I was looking for with their exquisite floral designs. The staff was incredibly helpful, particularly the lady who assisted me. She patiently guided me through their selection, and I ultimately found two stunning floral-themed bangles that are perfect for special occasions. While I'm not entirely sure about the deal I got, I firmly believe that gold is always a valuable investment. I highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time to ensure a smooth and personalized shopping experience. Thank you, Luk Fook, for helping me find the perfect bangles for my big day!

The prices are somewhat high, but the selection is excellent and diverse. While the location might seem a bit intimidating, there is parking nearby within walking distance. The service is also commendable.

I didn't know I was supposed to come here by appointment only. The staff was quick to set us up with an appt, and we only had to wait 20 mins before entering. I came here for my daughter and the selection was a bit limited. However overall friendly experience.

I had a red string bracelet that was falling apart because it has been so many years. I didn't get it at Lukfook but have heard good things about this place and seemed very reputable, so naturally wanted to stop by when I was in Vancouver. Annie helped me and was able to restring my bracelet beautifully. I had to buy a small gold dragon pendant for about 140 CAD for them to restring it since the original bracelet wasn't from Lukfook, but I was told that future repairs would just be a small fee. I personally thought it was great value and service, and they were able to do everything in store and in a few hours. Just in time for Lunar New Year! Happy Year of the Dragon!

This is the place to get your Chinese jewelry. Appreciate that they ask you to make appointments both so you have someone who is ready to help you and that it's COVID safe. Polite, knowledgeable people who are no BS. Just the way I like it.

This place is pretty horrible. I have a 24 karat Cuban link bracelet. It is about 30 plus years old. Unfortunately the old s style clasp that holds it together is about to break. The only thing I needed was a replacement clasp. The lady didn't even let me in the door. She said if I don't have a friend in the business or Im not a regular client there, they will not help me. All I want to do is buy a clasp. I'm not asking for warranty repair, I'm not asking them to look at it. I just wanna buy. But they do not want to sell to me....
