You're in and out. Bright, naturally lit front desk staff checked us in and assumes we've been here before. It was our first time. She leads us to lobby, which is very dim with a calm and relax feeling.

We had a couples massage. We imagined we would be in one room and next to each other. Remember it's our first time. In reality, it's 2 separate rooms with a door opened in between.

We couldn't hear their names. I conversed a little bit with my massage therapist(? I don't know what their title is. I don't know if they went to massage school or not). My husband said his massage therapist didn't speak at all and he preferred that. I personally like conversation. An hour passed, massage therapist will ask if you want water or tea. Then we put on clothes and went back to front desk.

There is a tip chart. And that's it. You're in and out.

We attended a bridal spa day here. They were quite a bit disorganized and we have 13 people and they mixed peoples services.
The one massaging my mother was falling asleep while massaging her and it was suppose to be 90minutes and it was barely an hour. She also didn't massage her head and feet... very different experience. The rest of the staff was friendly. They were annoyed we were taking photos and kept giving eachother side eye and huff n puff. It was not organized well for our group at all.

My first time coming here and I had a lovely experience! I booked a 60min couples massage which came with mimosas/peach bellini. I recommend getting the $10 deep tissue add-on, it definitely enhanced our experience. I also got the $35 lavender cbd oil add-on which helped me relax during the massage, and it smelt really good. The massage rooms were dimly lit with relaxing music, which made the environment feel so soothing and zen. They also provide facials, which I'd love to try. I would definitely come back!

Amazing experience all the way, from the time you enter to when you are walking out the door. It is clear that it is a positive atmosphere by the way the employees treat each other. It is felt by customers.

I was stressed out from the holidays and was in desperate need of massage. They are typically booked all day. Luckily I was able to snag a same day appointment.

Located on Grand Ave, so iykyk parking can be tricky. Be sure to give yourself an extra 10 mins to find parking.

My massage therapist was Viviana and she was amazing. I left feeling blissful and ready to take on the week.

I finally experienced my first CBD massage! I was expecting and scared how i feel about cbd coz ive never had it before! I thought i would feel numb and high hahaha. Anyways experience was fantastic! I had Lisa? Alicia? And she was great! I didnt even had the chance to drink my tea and explore the place and i was called asap! 60 mins was not enough but my money wasn't enough either i had the butter cbd and orange scented oil and it was so good! Place was actually big! It smelled so good! I would definitely come back again!

We had such an amazing, relaxing time here. My cousin and I both got the combo package with a massage and facial - the facial was relaxing and the massage was one of the best I've ever had!!

I have taken my mom here multiple times over the years & she has always raved about them. My younger sisters love this place too!

This visit was a couples massage, so I could hear my mom lightly snoring in the other area of the room I had Thao, who was absolutely amazing. That little lady has so much strength to work through my body & I left feeling so extremely thankful for her. My mom had Vivian, and she said the same thing. Loved everything she did, and would not stop talking about how good she felt after. It was a nice way to unwind during the workweek.

You can leave tips with the masseuses or at the front in a little tip envelope, which is what we did. They also have lockers available.

I would definitely recommend this place, along with Thao & Vivian. They made our belated Mother's Day experience extraordinary & we will absolutely be coming back!

Clean, good service and reasonably priced. Overall this was a great experience all around. Christopher is an excellent masseuse!

I love it here it's so worth it, you will feel brand new the combination 60 mins massage and 60 mins facial. I felt amazing their service is on point! I would go back again, thinking to treat myself every other month. We all deserve it, Thank you Luminous Day Spa see you again soon!
