He didn't upsell me on additional work or over-promise on the end results. Instead, he provided honest feedback and info on preventative measures to maintain the quality of my vehicle in the future. In addition, Jose shows good communication skills and makes sure to msg the client multiple times leading up to the day of the job so that everyone is on the same page.

I had contacted Jose yesterday inquiring on some possible work in my Tesla for paint restoration + coating on hood and ceramic coating on a new bumper I had replaced.

Requested refinishing of headlights for my 20 year old Lexus. The plastic shell over the lights were very cloudy and nearly opaque. Jose and his assistant responded very promptly. The results were awesome-- looked new at the end of the process. Very satisfied and impressed with the quality of the work. Good value.

Couldn't be happier with the job Jose did on my 1997 Toyota Corolla. He's an absolute professional who knows his cars, knows his cleaning products, and knows paint. Seriously, he's a goddamn scientist when it comes to paint.

Excited to throw money at the care of my vehicle, I asked Jose about purchasing one of his higher tier services but after looking at my car and analyzing the paint he suggested going with a more mild waxing. Fewer profits for him but more beneficial to the long-term health of my car. Pricing and quality of work were exceptional. Didn't try to upset me on anything.

Called on a Wednesday and was able to get my car detailed the very next day right in my driveway here in East Palo Alto.

I booked them in the past & this is the 2nd time I inquired about a Ceramic Maintenance Package + Mini Interior Detailing + Headlight Restoration.

Pro: Luster arrived punctually and equipped with all necessary tools. The attention to detail, from the shiny exterior to the spotless interior, was impeccable.

Con: I had to deduct one star, because I am not sure what happened during the wheel cleaning stage, but somehow they managed to strip the paint off of the hubcap. I didn't notice it until later that same day.

Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again despite the mishap because of their professionalism, timely, and clearly passionate about their work. It's a top-notch choice for those seeking meticulous care for their vehicles. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service! Jose was prompt and very detailed. He took his time and made sure that our BMW's headlights were clean and looked back to their original state. Jose was actually there to clean and detail my granddaughters car, and my husband asked him if he could do anything about the faded yellow on our BMW lights and Jose said - sure! I'll do them after I clean granddaughters car!

After reading all the great reviews I hired Jose and he did not disappoint! He came to my house and did a ceramic coating on my 3 year old 4Runner with 50K miles and on my brand new Mini Cooper S. Jose was very professional and attentive and both cars turned out great. The 4Runner looks new and I've already received compliments on it. Excited to have the new coating to help keep the Mini looking showroom fresh. Jose also provided tons of advice on maintaining and keeping the cars clean and shiny, including recommendations on products to use. Highly recommended!
