Wonderful service by Lisanne - kudos!! Very prompt and eager to helo find a solution for our particular remodel needs.

Our water heater went out and our landlord called Lutz. Isaac showed up and was a gem. He troubleshooted, found parts under warranty and was able to fix the water heater before Christmas. It wasn't an easy fix either but Isaac wasn't perturbed. He was also super kind, considerate and we will be using Lutz in the future for any of our needs.

Susie was the best! She helped me pick out gorgeous fixtures for our bathroom remodel and guided me in the right direction. She's got impeccable taste and sells fixtures from some excellent companies! So thankful for all her help!

My contractor sent me to Lutz for bathroom fixtures, assuring me they would get me great discounts. They had quality items but kept urging me to spend way over my budget. When my vanity arrived it was the wrong color. Their supplier said they could sell me the color I wanted at a steep discount. When I mentioned Small Claims Court, they finally replaced my vanity with the color I had ordered and admitted there had been a problem with the sample book. Unfortunately, this mistake delayed the completion of my bathroom. The double sinks which Lutz sold me have leaked and become clogged from day one. The plumber who installed them has been working to fix this but says he has never seen such a poorly designed system in his entire career.

My kitchen sink faucet quit working, so I did my research and found my faucet the Edge by in2Aqua. It's a made-in-Germany faucet company. I called the distributor, but they only sell through retailers. I had put an email into Lutz, but didn't have a lot of hope. I got a call the next day (it was a Friday), and they got for me on Monday. I was able to double park to pick it up. It was also discounted, which was a complete surprise for me. I am so impressed by how easy the whole transaction was. I have been dealing with so much difficulty during this pandemic (totally understandably) with wrong orders, etc, that the ease with the way this was handled was a shock. Have you ever had a faucet that made you want to do the dishes? I do.

Susie, the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and employs a professional team that will walk you through a full selection of plumbing and hardware product. The showroom itself is very unique and features many types of manufacturers from American companies to European. What I truly like about Lutz is it can be a one stop shop for all product and installation which makes for an easy, very communicable and painless process.

I went to Lutz and met Kelly who is an excellent salesperson. I explained that I wanted simple but contemporary fixtures for a mid-range bathroom renovation. She got it immediately and steered me towards a beautifully designed European company which was affordable. Explaining what I wanted in my shower, she helped me select all the pieces needed. At no time did I feel pressure to buy more than I needed. When I had to return one of the bars, I got credited with no problem..The fixtures are of high quality and I'm really enjoying my showers!!

We remodeled our home recently and Susie was a godsend! Her knowledge and impeccable sense of style made our bathrooms, kitchen and bar area decisions very easy for us. Her attention to detail and follow up was excellent. The entire Lutz team is wonderful and we will always trust them with our future needs!

We have been extremely happy with Lutz Plumbing over almost a decade of working with them. They are always very responsive, whether for a same-day emergency (as when our hot water heater failed) or for planning major projects. Jerry and Susie have assembled a crackerjack team of plumbers, who have always been on time and done the job correctly the first time. Their product selection is quite broad and their knowledge of individual products is outstanding. We're delighted.

They carry the very best and most beautiful items, give great advice and very accommodating service. Suzy is wonderful to work with.
