M & J Car Wash

Just went here today after not going for a few years the price was ok and they work hard. Missed a few spots but I was pretty happy overall. Full size pick up was supposed to be $38 but they charged $50. I didn't say anything because my truck was pretty dirty and they found charge extra fir that apparently.

Took my truck in for a detail. I have used M&J every year for all my vehicles for about 3 years. once a year, full detail/shampoo/polish at a cost of $250. They have done a great job until now.

Got my truck back and it lookEd great. Got home the next day and when I folded down the back seat to store my personal items, I discovered that they had melted a portion of my carpet. Maybe a cigarette burn? When I called them up to let them know they had damaged my carpet, they said "no we didn't. they guy who worked on your car said he didn't. we are not doing anything for you.". So, that ends my support of this business. They have done a good job in the past, but not standing behind your product is unacceptable.

Poor effort. All kinds of missed spots all over the car. Don't both with them. For $38+tax+tip I'd kinda hoped for more.

I booked a full detail for my vehicle (250$). When I drove in, the person was confused as they weren't sure they even did that. Eventually we sorted this out but the process was quite disorganized. Due to the disorganization, I left my house keys in the cup holder. When I got back, the keys were gone and haven't been found since.

I acknowledge that it was my fault for leaving valuables in the car. The detailing was pretty standard but i would be very hesitant to recommend this place to anyone.

Went for a car wash, it was really busy. They did a good job with vacuuming but not too well with the rest of the cleaning of the car. It felt all very rushed and they missed so many big spots, on my windows as well. For $30 plus tip I do not think it was worth it for now little time to end on your car (5-7 mins max).

Exterior they did a good job but I mostly came because I wanted the inside of my windows cleaned.

I think this is a great car wash for the price...Yes, it can be done quite quickly but they have many people working on it the entire time. Two people vacuum the car with big industrial type vacuums, then the whole car was pressure washed, two more people washed it by hand, it was thoroughly rinsed by a machine and then a group of people do a final handwash of interior windows and exterior...gone here many times...

I would normally rate this place 4 out of 5 stars (and I probably should have written a review earlier) but today it gets a 2 from me.

Earlier today I brought it my mother's car to be washed and they did an excellent job (4/5) so I decided to bring in my car for a wash. My second car of the day.

Although their hours on google list 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, I know they close early if it's slow. It was only 11:40 am so I figured I would be safe. In fact, it's a beautiful day out so I thought they would be busy.

As I drove through the side alley I noticed that there was only one car in queue so I thought I was lucky but there was a guy starting to put cones out to indicate they were closed. When he saw me, he smiled and waved me in, so I started to make the turn.

But as soon as the front of my car was entering, another guy ran in front of my car and put a cone down and shook his head no. I actually had to back out. And as I started to drive away I noticed the car in front of me begin their service.

I will give this place another chance because they are usually better than this. If they improve, I'll change my review too.

I updated the review to 3 stars and will probably update it to 4 stars after a few more visits (consistency is key).

This is a car wash with a little extra. They do the inside quickly and the outside well. A super car wash at the gas station is like $17.00. It's a great in between actual car detailing.

A note - people here are complaining because they didn't get a $350+ car detailing in 10 minutes, it's not a detailing service and they should probably give there car up for the whole day and get it detailed if they want that service.

Omg don't go here! They are soooooo bad! I thought okay maybe it won't be perfect, but it will do! No, I have to redo everything and even when you tell them it's not done properly they don't care. "He said oh have a good day life is tough."
