M & N Tire and Auto

We recently moved to the area and were in search of a reputable local tire shop. Unfortunately, our tire blew out on the 680 Freeway, forcing us to drive on a flat tire for 1.5 miles on the shoulder for safety. We were certain the flat tire, and possibly more, were damaged by the nails and screws on the shoulder during our 20-minute drive off the freeway.

Thankfully, we found M & N Tire and Auto on Yelp. Angelo was exceptional in addressing our concerns, documenting all our requests, and fitting us into the schedule on the same day. We gave him the option to repair or replace all damaged tires and components, expecting a hefty bill. To our surprise, they were able to repair everything.

Unlike most shops that might upsell, they took the honest route and saved us a significant amount of money. We highly recommend M & N Tire and Auto for all your auto and tire needs! Thanks again ANGELO.

Very dirty shop!!! They put a nail in my left front tire after they did an oil change! I saw the tire pressure light on when I picked up the vehicle yesterday. I thought it was ok since they added air to my car, so I reset the light, and it went away. Today when I parked my car, I saw the nail on the side wall of the front tire of my car, I understand now why the light was on the moment when I drove off the shop. The put a nail to the side wall!!

I contacted the shop today but they refused to admit it's their fault and keep saying if it can't be fix then I have to buy a new tire!!

My car was totally fine, no nail in any tire, no pressure light when I drove to shop before the oil change.

Very dirty shop!! Stay away at all cost!!!!

Update today 7/24/2024:

Owner left me a message which has only his phone number and asked me to call back. I called back, went to voicemail. He called me back 4 hours after and he did not admit it was his or his shop's fault. He kept saying it's very common to see nail at the sidewall of the tire and he did not want to help me solve the problem but just keep saying he can sell me a new tire if the tire needs to replace!!!

Dirty shop!!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!

I went to M &N tire and auto for them to repair my brakes. I had such an awesome experience there! They were so knowledgeable, considerate, and mainly, I appreciated their honesty. They simply guided me on what items on my vehicle needed to be done. Upon doing a complementary inspection of my car, they discussed with me, those things to think about in the future. There was no pressure just pure information.
They took my car right in and worked on it in a timely manner.
This was my first experience with them, and I will definitely go back for any car issues that they can fix! I trust them wholeheartedly! Also, big deal for me, is that they were very reasonable on their prices - - I was surprised, because yes, it is in Danville ! And by the way, while you're waiting for your car, it is enjoyable to walk around the cute town, and do all sorts of fun things~ or just sit in one of their nice outdoor restaurant areas and enjoy coffee ~ and people & car watch
I cannot tell you enough on my wonderful experience at M & N... Do you give them a try and get a quote from them at least... You will not be sorry.!!

What great service I received from Oscar and the M&N team. I took my SUV in for new tires. They managed to get the job done with great efficiency, professionalism and was priced fairly. I normally take my SUV to the dealer but they had issues with the tie rods and wanted to charge me extra. It wasn't an issue for M&N and they got the job done!

Excellent customer service and great quality work. Was able to get a Yelp Discount too.

What a great alternative to the corporate, "sterile" alternatives! My family are frequent customers of M&N because they have the rare combination of skilled technicians at reasonable rate who make you feel like your auto issue is the most important thing they will do today. They always complete our repairs at or below budget and expected time schedule. The M&N team makes it easy to keep our dollars local with the little guy.

I have a Dodge Charger R/T that requires monthly maintenance and repairs. I am a technically inclined car guy who can work on and fix my own car, so I know a good shop when I see one.

Oscar, Angelo, and Ricky are all extremely talented individuals who've diagnosed and resolved several issues that I've been unable to fix myself. They are all very friendly and the staff takes great care to ensure quality control.

I am very impressed by the efficiency of the shop. For most simple jobs, they frequently finish your car by the end of the day. I've had them install a coil over suspension kit and new wheels, and got it done for a phenomenal price and very quickly as well.

Now, I take all my family's cars to M & N tire and auto if they need it. Overall, it's a relief to say I found an honest, efficient, and skilled shop!

Always fair, friendly and fast service. They have always squeezed me in when I was in a bind to fix a tire.
