The team was incredible, kind and extremely communicative. I expressed I wanted ceramic tints, 35% front doors, 5% back doors and back windshield. Buyer beware - they commonly do a bait and switch. Tinting is about 2x what their ads say, for the exact same car and number of windows. I wish they were more honest and transparent.

I ended up going with PremierXpressTint. They're just as responsive, but more honest.

They helped re-tint a 2016 Mazda 3 Hatchback in Feb 2023. A Saturday appointment was scheduled during the week a few days beforehand, using Yelp messaging. Drop off was at 10 AM. I arrived and they looked me up on their system. Left within 10 minutes. Friendly service.

Called for pick-up in the afternoon and car was parked outside. Paid and then got the keys back. A few bubbles on the passenger front window, which disappeared after 1 week. Also a minor tint shave was poking out the bottom of a window (see pic), which was cut once I noticed and did not cause a problem. It's been 8 months and the tint has been holding up flawlessly.

Overall great value compared to other quotes I received via Yelp.

I was searching around a local place to wrap my Model Y. M Car was very responsive, got a quick quote from them. Pedro, the shop manager, explained to me the differences in materials, costs, benefits, etc. So I went ahead with the wrap and also tinted all windows. LOVE the outcome!

Was looking for a tint shop to do my car and was surprised by the friendly-priced estimate compared to a few other shops I got quotes from. So I was a bit skeptical but upon arriving for my appointment, Pedro was there to greet me and assured me that since I had an appointment, I would have priority over the other 5-6 cars that were already there. The final price was exactly as quoted but as with any shop, there's going to be some upselling. I opt'd for the machine cut option to assure nicer straight cuts and it made the installation faster too. Worth the add'l cost in my opinion.

Guys were friendly and knowledgeable, great price and work was done in a covered shop. The shop uses a lifetime warrantied ZtoA nanoceramic tint. Never heard of this brand but we'll see if they're as good as they claim.

I had my Boxster tinted and vinyl wrapped at this shop. While the quality of the tint and wrap was good, the shop's communication about damages they made was disappointing. Firstly, they failed to inform me about a side light marker they cracked during the process. I discovered this myself and upon confronting them, they admitted it happened during installation and that a replacement part was "already ordered", yet no one mentioned this when I collected the car.

Secondly, a side air vent came off while I was driving, just a day after picking up the car. I took it to a body shop and they informed me that the vent's panel clip was broken by whoever last removed it, and it was loosely reattached. When I raised this issue with the original shop, their initial response was dismissive, suggesting I might have been driving too fast. Only after pressing did they speculate that the damage might have occurred during their work, similar to the light side marker. Their failure to be upfront about this loose air vent led to the vent coming loose and falling off on the freeway which I could not recover the part , incurring over $200 in replacement cost for new air vent. Furthermore, proper repair would require removing the entire side fender, a costly fix over 3k. The body shop advised gluing it back as a cost-saving measure. When I contacted M Car about this issue, they offered only to glue the vent back for me themself , showing no willingness to provide a more substantial solution or acknowledge their mistakes adequately.

I understand that such issues can happen and to be expected when removing body parts, but the shop's attempt to conceal their errors and poor customer communication is not really good business practice =(
