What a swell shop! Recommended by my father-in-law, who has had them work on his German cars. Had my wife's Mini towed there when it died, and they were quick, thorough and fair. Way better service than the dealer---never going back there now that we have found M.
Also did a quick scan of a check engine light that came on in a Land Rover we were trying to sell, let us know it was a minor gas cap event, and then clearerd it for now charge when we went to pick up the Mini.

I had a fantastic experience at this BMW service shop, conveniently located near the heart of downtown Walnut Creek--perfect for exploring or grabbing a bite while waiting for your car. I urgently needed a vehicle alignment before a road trip, and the team was exceptionally accommodating, managing to fit my car in on the same day.

Given the challenges of finding honest and reliable car service these days, this shop stands out as a place I trust implicitly. They specialize in OEM work and are upfront about their services. When I inquired about aftermarket modifications and adjustments for a track day, they honestly told me that they stick to OEM specifications but kindly referred me to reputable performance shops that could meet my needs.

Their honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I highly recommend this shop to any BMW owner who values expertise, integrity, and exceptional service.

I've been coming to M-Service with all my BWM's since the 80's. I completely trust them to take car of my cars. They do a thorough inspection and let me know if there is anything starting to fail before it fails. E.g., seals, hoses, etc. The staff is amazing and they take time to explain in detail what they have done and what I will need done in the future. I would never consider taking my cars anywhere else.

Great group. Passing through visiting family for the holidays and engine light comes on my 2017 X5d. Great... happen to pass by M Service - what are the odds?? Quick pull in and ask if they could read my key and tell me what's going on and to my very pleasant surprise they had a tech look at it right away! Just a sensor error and they sent me in my way safe to drive to LA. Amazing A+, 5 star service. Highly recommend and if I was local, these guys would be my shop!

I needed my BMW's battery replaced and decided to come here instead of the dealership. They were very responsive, gave great service and quick to get the job done. They also cleaned out all the leaves that fell inside my engine since I park under a tree that hangs over my driveway. The BMW dealership doesn't even do that!

Brandon and the team were great and I will definitely be coming back for my next service!

Dante, Brendan, Dominic and David are a great team. They've taken excellent care of my BMRs over the years and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. I highly recommend them.

Awesome guys, I've had seven BMWs in the last 10 years and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Free courtesy shuttle home, they make recommendations on what should be done next, but never force you into what needs to be done "right now". Glad these guys have been around a while and they deserve all the the business coming their way in the New Year.

Phenomenal experience with M Service! We moved to the area just over a year ago from the City and have always noticed the shop in passing. Due for a maintenance service after some roadside assistance, the handoff to their team was smooth and clear - they didn't leave me guessing. Dante, the owner, has designed a wonderful customer experience both in-house while you're being concisely (yet thoroughly) communicated to by Brandon, and in-transit with David in their shuttle service. ...Uber, who? Will be back to them soon for more milestone work. A business owner myself, I would highly recommend this business.
