Mac Zen came to my place, restored all of my data AND fixed a second computer that had been written off as unrecoverable by --------1. Aitan saved my bacon. He was very courteous, very thorough and very affordable as well.

My iMac was slow from the day I bought it, I tried Apple (with little help) and so I suffered through it. Finally, I decided to call MacZen for help. Aitan was amazing. I love that he came to the house and talked to my husband and I. He is patient, knowledgeable, and reliable. He fixed the problem and the difference is incredible. GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND!!

We were so fortunate to find the amazing Aitan, owner and technician of Mac Zen, many years ago. He has always been timely, professional, skillful and thoughtful in caring for our computers and other technologies. I could not speak more highly of this wonderful human being!

Excellent and easy to work with when we set up new Mac system and transferred old files to new machines, etc. Best is they come to your home or office so you don't have to haul all your stuff to a store.
