We are a family run business that provides quality service and repair of home sewing machines. We pick up and deliver your machine every Thursday at the following locations and times; Family Threads 1o7d the alameda San juan bautista, CA Store Hours M, W, TH, F 10 - 5, sat 10-3 Closed TUES & SUN Drop off Thursday by noon. PU Thursday after 1pm. Crossroad Fabrics 80 Airport Blvd # 106 Freedom CA 95019 Store Hours M - F 10/6. SAT 10/5 Drop off Thursday by 1:30 PU Thursday after 2 PM.

D B.Capitola, CA0142Apr 19, 2024Had a serger that I was had and wanted to make sure it worked. I brought it to Karen at Machine Medics from a referral from a good friend. She worked magic and also found out that the pedal that came with it didn't belong to that serger. She ordered a new one. The repairs and pedal came to under $100. Definitely worth it. I brought her my Singer that was jamming and a Bernina that I've but never used. I expect to get both of those back in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend Karen if you need something done for your sewing machine. She works on all makes and models.

I was lucky that my machines just needed cleaning and lubrication. She had them back to me by the next day each time for a flat fee. It's amazing how much gunk from fabric and thread gets into all the little nooks and crannies of a sewing machine.
