I use this company for cleaning service, and they called me and asked if I needed window cleaning as well. I hesitate, as every window service in the past was terrible. Due to the great cleaning service, I gave it a chance. Alex showed up at my home, was great with my three big dogs. my windows are amazing! He moved everything for me and accomplished 33 windows in three hours. I highly recommend this service!!!!

First of all, I want to premise this by stating I was looking for a cleaner over a year ago! I wanted a deep clean for before welcoming my baby into this world. We went with another vendor solely based on availability at the time. I wasn't too happy with that other vendor for a number of reasons.

A year and some change later, I messaged Mary again and asked about her team's services. And although it took a year to get there, man!!! I am so happy that I did!!!! Mary's team did such an amazing job it almost feels like a 1 year old doesn't live here!!

I would like to start off with the great customer service I have received from the Manager, Mary, from our initial contact to present. Mary explained what the deep cleaning and maintenance entailed and was extremely patient with all my questions.

Duber and Esmeralda did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier! They were both meticulous and very accommodating to our requests. Before they started, I walked them around to show them what to concentrate on. Since they did not understand English, I pointed at areas. Duber cleaned my office and I don't think there was any dust left. Esmeralda did a great job cleaning our kitchen.

After every room was cleaned, I did a walk through to make sure they cleaned anything that was missed. Since this was their first time cleaning my house, it is expected that they would miss things until after a couple cleanings. What my husband and I appreciated is that they did not hesitate to clean areas that were either missed or needed an extra touch.

I took off a star because it was expected to have the same cleaning crew at every visit, however, we had a new crew at our 2nd appointment. I look forward to having Duber and Esmeralda for our maintenance cleaning. To Mary, I appreciate how responsive you are.

Maidly's maintenance cost is slightly more than standard costs but Mary has been upfront with costs since our initial contact. So long as I get the same cleaning crew and great customer service from Mary, I will be a long time customer.

My wife and I were always looking to hire a cleaning service but never got around to it. We used maidly for a deep cleaning and they did an amazing job. They were super nice and very thorough in their cleaning. We had Jenny and Rodrigo and they did an amazing job. Definitely will want to hire maidly again to clean our home and recommend to anyone looking for a home cleaning.

I had a really great experience with this company. We like to have our house deep cleaned once a year or so. Scheduling was convenient and easy. The cleaning team, led by Akira, arrived right on time and did a fantastic job - best deep cleaning of our house we've ever had so far. And the price felt reasonable based on past experience using other services. I think we've found a winner - we will definitely be using this service again. Might even increase frequency to twice a year because they did just a fantastic job. Thanks Akira and team!

We used Maidly as we moved to a new home. Got keys to the house on a Thursday and had Maidly do a deep clean on Friday, so it was perfect to move in our furniture on Monday. Three people worked from 9am until noon doing a deep cleaning of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, LR, DR, laundry, etc. They even vacuumed the garage! We also had the shampoo carpets in 3 rooms. They did a nice job at a stressful time. Now we have peace of mind about making a fresh house our new home.

Thanks to fellow Yelpers reviews I have selected Maidly for a move-in/move-out cleaning services and window washing. The property was in a bad shape and frankly I was a little anxious about how good the results will be. The services provided were outstanding!
The crew showed up on time and quickly got to work. They have worked tirelessly for hours and by the end of the day the property looked great. The crew paid attention to little details and left the house spotless. They are very polite and very hardworking.
I felt like the quote and the final price were very fair.

Everything was amazing with Maidly! They were efficient, honest and hard working. We requested them for move out and move in services and they gave accurate quotes, and did an amazing job with their work. I truly value high service and that's exactly what they did. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Stayed the entire time even though the unit was already clean except for a few areas. They failed to do a deep cleaning and missed several spots. In fact I can't even tell if they did anything. What should have take 1-2 hours took them "4 hours". When hiring assume it will never be under the initial hours quoted.

I had the same 1 bedroom cleaned last year for 1/2 the price and they did a better job.

They continued to call me asking me to change my review. I have a feeling that most of the other reviews on here are due to pressure from the business.
